14 Topicspromotions lowered for military, first responder and 55 accounts
I'm extremely disappointed with T-Mobile and their decision to lower promotions for some of there GO5G specialty plans. It's feels like discrimination at that point. I'm going to switch to a new phone provider that still gives me a military benefit but doesn't lower my trade in value on a new phone. T-MOBILE is pissing a lot of members off by doing this. Really bad member care!687Visto3likes8ComentariosFirst Responder Eligibily
I have been a valued customer for 8+ years and I no longer qualify for the First Responders Program. I have had this discount applied sincethe height of the COVID pandemic. I am a Registered ER Nurse that saves lives daily and it's very disturbing that we are undervalued and never recognized for our services. How do patrol officers qualify, but Nurse don't? This month will be my last month with T-Mobile (unwilling). However, I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere that values/recognizes Nurses as lifesavers too. I will definitely not be the only customer you lose. I guarantee you that! Shame on you T-Mobile.8KViews12likes17ComentariosNurses aren't first responders apparently?????
ER NURSE SPEAKING…. I used to rave about t-mobile and recommend it to anyone who was unhappy with their phone company. Nurses are not only first responders considering we are the first ones saving whomever the second they get to the hospital, but we also work outside of hospitals in the field and are the first to arrive or be a part of situations when people need help or their life saved. We also continue to take care of and sacrifice our own health (not eating, not getting a break, being on our feet for 12+ hours, being exposed to bodily fluids and diseases that are known and unknown, not sleeping, overworking, damaging our backs and joints moving and catering to patients etc...) to save the lives of others. We are UNDERPAID, OVERWORKED, SHORT STAFFED, SLEEP DEPRIVED, AND UNAPPRECIATED. I am WITHOUT A DOUBTswitching to a different phone company and I am going to make sure I tell every single nurse I encounter to do the same. The thing is it isn't even about the money, it is the principle and lack of respect. The LEASTt-mobile could do is continue to give us a discount (and it was BARELYa discount to begin with). You guys make an insane amount of money and every single person running this company and working for this company has had a nurse some how some way save or preserve their life. Shame on you t-mobile. TO ALL MY FELLOW NURSES THAT SEE THIS: - ATT gives 25% - Verizon gives $10 dollars off per account - Spectrum gives 30% off1.2KViews3likes3ComentariosDiscount Revoked!!
So I was shopping for a new carrier months ago. T-Mobile told me that I qualified for the first responders plan so I signed up. I had my state uniform on from work. Few months later my bill goes up, over $100 more. I look into it and find that the discount has been removed, they told me I need to go in and verify. So I go in to verify and my job is not listed on T-Mobile as first responder!! I call customer support, She tells maybe my company will sign up soon, to check back in a few months. 😳😐😡🤬. So I say the only reason I agreed to join was because of the deal the Store Associate told me I could get. She advised that I could switch to a lower plan......SMH!!!!🤬 I'm kinda stuck because I have 5 lines there's promo deals with the phones, u Kno. I really don't want to have to go through the hassle of switching companies but at the same time I refuse to keep paying $100 more for wrong information that they told me. Does anyone have any suggestions?? And thank you!!👍🏽132Visto0likes2ComentariosFirst Responder Verfiication Issue(s)
Anyone else had or having issues getting their first responders discount verified and added to their account?? I am wanting to get the first responders discount added to my account so earlier this week I got on the T-Mobile website and uploaded my volunteer firefighter id like it said too. Well the next day I got a response saying they couldn't verify eligibility using the ID that I uploaded. I called twice to customer service asking about it...the first lady sounded like she didn't know anything about the first responder discount and she kept putting me on hold to talk to her "supervisor". Finally she told me that she would have to submit a ticket and she would be in touch. I decided that afternoon to call back and talk to someone else. This woman told me two different things...the first was that the notes said the ID that I uploaded was possibly fraudulent and that i would need to resubmit it and then later in the same call she said the pixilation of the uploaded pic was the problem. I asked her which one was the issue and she couldn't tell me. I think she was just making stuff up. I got the fire department to make me a new badge that I just uploaded so I will wait now to see what they say this time. I don't understand why T-Mobile is having a issue with the ID since I uploaded it on several other websites and get verified with no issues (Id.me and GovX to name a few)73Visto0likes2ComentariosFirst Responder upload issue?
I remember last year getting a surprise on my bill when my discount had ended and I needed to reverify my self. This year I set a reminder to do it again, but my documents were rejected (even though they meet the criteria AND are the same as last year with an updated pay stub). What is the issue? Did I try and provide my documents too early and they were auto rejected? Do I have some magic 3 day window to complete this task so that my account can be upcharged for one month of service when I miss this magical window? Does anyone know? Thanks for any help.44Visto0likes0Comentarios
