This was what happened to me yesterday (on 19/08/2024). I was very tired and sit on the street chatting with my friend. One women comes to me with deep breath, after running and she started talking with me with panted broken words she said my child is going to die, please help me what happened to him? he eats food yesterday in Romania and may be the food poisoned I went with her to the car and visited her baby is exhausted And her husband is treating him inside the car and said to me please support us I answered them how can I? Just take him to the hospital the man said we don't have money right now? the wife showed me her Identity card. She is from Romania. theman said please keep this iPhone and let us 500euro sorry I don't have this money the wife said please save this child We went to bank I withdraw 500 euro and I give to her 300 euro ( I still don't know why I reduced 200 euro) she said it's ok will ask a doctor for the extra and start driving to hospital I ask a man to let me his I phone and invoice. Icatch a picture of theidentity card of the women finally, I don't know how they escape from the hospital I just wake up after an hour. I think the man have paid only the first month for his iPhone. What do you do if you were in my place? How do you expect the child with less than 3 year played such game even if his family ……Will you let the child to die? Actually, it becomesclear to me after a day.But how can good peoples support someone in strange? what can I do with the phone now? How much did he paid for the phone? For extra information of the phone just let me know? At the same time if there is possibility to arrest herand refund me the money I will be very happy. The man do not stolen his phone, instead I am stolen my money due to my heart beat to the little child. This was the fact. I am not a thief, but I myself theft. Listen to this issue that t-mobile cant resolve or have an answer to. I changed my phone number in april 2024 and it still rings to a voicemail in which i don't have access to. I was worried someone hacked that number. because when i first disconnected it, it had the disconnect message than all of a sudden, it started going to vm per friends and family trying to contact me via my old number by accident. so it has caused so many issues still having the voicemail active and i can not access that old voicemail since changing the number. So i called tmobile 3 times and they assure me its cancelled and can't explain why all of a sudden it goes straight to voicemail. My name is Abhar Sheikh and I have been your valued customer since 2012. I switched my personalphone plan from AT&T to T-mobile after one of your business reps who sold us hotspots at work impressedme with T-mobile services. I must say, this switchproved valuable and productive and I loved and bragged about it to close friends and family. Last year on my daughter's birthday,5/28/23, I visited the T-mobilestore in Chelemsford, MA to get her the iphone14 for an iphone 12 trade-in. The rep at the T-mobile store in Chelmsford, MA offered us a deal for a trade-in and said it was a FREE promotion. As per that promotion my daughter gets a new iphone 14 for a trade-in and will not pay anything for it. We trusted the rep and were happy to get this deal. Going forward to12/20/23when I visited to another T-mobile store in Littleton, MA to buy a phone for my son, I came to know the reason for my high monthly bill which increased from $110 to $167. The rep informed me that I paid$47/monthfor my daughters phone despite the trade in and had been given incorrect info regardingthe deal. That came as a shock to me and I felt betrayed by your company. The technician advised me to call T-mobile support and assured that they will fix it for me since he confirmed all my details from the Chelmsford store. Believeme I called611 4-5 timesand each time the rep apologized and acknowledged and promised to call me back the next day but that never happened until now. All I receive from T-mobile is a monthly $177 bill and no explanation of my issue or a call back. You are the last resort before I take any steps going forward and I trust that you will look intomy problem and treatme fairly. As a respected citizen of this country, it's my duty to inform you about the poor status of the customerservice of your company and their lack of professionalism. Anyone receive an ACP Equipment credit back from T-Mobile for participating in the ACP/EBB fed program for the equipment piece of it at all?! I just realized I never have and I'm pretty sure the feds paid T-Mobile for each of us that borrowed against that with T-Mobile& those who were approved for a benefit amt up to $100 or something like that. Well I just realized I never rec'd any credits or ACP monetary benefits back for equip that I recently paid off. I was billed by T-Mobile for the last 2+ years every month for a tablet that never worked right to begin with & wasn't at all what I ordered but i ended up paying close to $200 for a low end non working tablet & never once rec'd a credit this whole time for the equipment benefit part & thot we were supposed to right?! I could be incorrect here but fig id better double check see if I should've gone maybe to a diff website or something to get reimbursed for that. I purchased a Samsung s23fe and within 2 weeks I started having problems charging the phone so I bought new chargers. The phone has been trouble shooted, it's a defective USB port it would only charge wirelessly . Now the phone doesn't charge at all. It's completely off It was less than 30 days that I started to complain but they wanted to do a warranty replacement when T-Mobile went to process my warranty form they found that the phone was not in their inventory to be sold the numbers inside the phone didn't match what they had sold to me. Now I have to wait for them to resolve their issue with the serial number. And T-Mobile corporate told me I bought the phone from a T-Mobile location but they operate as third party retailer, (Who knew this? The Store And my Receipt says T-Mobile on Wharton Street Pittsburgh PA) customer care told me if I would have bought it from T-Mobile corporate location then they could return the phone and give me one in stock. Jenae a customer care representative said she notes my account to do buyer remorse at a Corporate location and get me a phone that was in stock and do a return I drove to the "corporate location" and they laughed me out of the store saying that customer care is wrong they cannot give me a return because they can't look up this other T-Mobile's information. And anything notes on my account is for me to wait til the other location resolves the serial number issues. So it's been an issue since Friday with the skus. I'm left with a unprocessed warranty form, a non working phone that I'm told I'll own on if I just leave TMobile the phone was bought on a promotion of Add a line and get a free phone. But if I leave I'll owe $1000 for the phone. That is defective! It should not be so hard to return a phone that you bought less then 30 days ago. How can T-Mobile sell me a phone that is not in their inventory? And then tell me they have to dispute this before they can process my warranty form??? Oh and its a T-Mobile store front but it's "third party" literally now I'm stuck with no working phone and they can't process my warranty form I'm told if someone will call me about my form and the SKU / IDM # numbers getting fixed on Friday coming up. So that's over one week that I'm supposed to be paying $130 a month for T-Mobile service and don't have a working phone? And no idea when I'll get a replacement? Also they said my bill would not change and they took away my hotspot and my insurance that I had before getting this phone. So yeah my bill is $130 like it was before but this phone is supposed to be free and I have no add-ons.now!! It's just $130 for the two lines a month. This is crazy and I need a phone!
