Hi I just got scammed to buy Home Internet which doesnt work. Have been trying to return it for two days. There is no way I can send a mail. Chat people direct me to a phone number. Its the same phone number which says they will call back in 15 min and never call back. When I call the number, they keep me on hold for two hours and then disconnect. I just bought a new Nokia phone from T-Mobile and it is locked and keeps telling me I have entered the wrong password. It is the correct password I had wrote it down and it will not take it. So it will tell me that i have to wait because i have entered it more than 5 times and will self destruct. no that part im kidding. How the heck do i get it to take that password off? I have entered my security questions and they are correct but still the phone is locked. safe mode no go. I even went back to the store and they will not help me. I've always been a huge fan of OnePlus. The battery life has always been great and the OS being very simple to use as well. A few days ago I woke up and I received the new Android 12 update to my OnePlus 9. Everything looked completely different. My favorites in my contacts were rearranged. I almost didn't recognize my own phone. Being a business owner and running my business from my phone this has been a huge adjustment and inconvenience. On top of that the battery life has been sucked from this device. I don't know if the update has turned on applications that run constantly in the background but it is killing my battery. There needs to be a new solution to this update! I hate calling multiple times to try and get someone who barely speaks English. My issues never get resolved, tickets get opened every week with no resolution. Overseas reps are very condescending and rude. I hate repeating my self over and over. Call at this time or this time never works always overseas. Chat and Facebook are also overseas. My name is Abhar Sheikh and I have been your valued customer since 2012. I switched my personalphone plan from AT&T to T-mobile after one of your business reps who sold us hotspots at work impressedme with T-mobile services. I must say, this switchproved valuable and productive and I loved and bragged about it to close friends and family. Last year on my daughter's birthday,5/28/23, I visited the T-mobilestore in Chelemsford, MA to get her the iphone14 for an iphone 12 trade-in. The rep at the T-mobile store in Chelmsford, MA offered us a deal for a trade-in and said it was a FREE promotion. As per that promotion my daughter gets a new iphone 14 for a trade-in and will not pay anything for it. We trusted the rep and were happy to get this deal. Going forward to12/20/23when I visited to another T-mobile store in Littleton, MA to buy a phone for my son, I came to know the reason for my high monthly bill which increased from $110 to $167. The rep informed me that I paid$47/monthfor my daughters phone despite the trade in and had been given incorrect info regardingthe deal. That came as a shock to me and I felt betrayed by your company. The technician advised me to call T-mobile support and assured that they will fix it for me since he confirmed all my details from the Chelmsford store. Believeme I called611 4-5 timesand each time the rep apologized and acknowledged and promised to call me back the next day but that never happened until now. All I receive from T-mobile is a monthly $177 bill and no explanation of my issue or a call back. You are the last resort before I take any steps going forward and I trust that you will look intomy problem and treatme fairly. As a respected citizen of this country, it's my duty to inform you about the poor status of the customerservice of your company and their lack of professionalism. Someoneactivated a sim card on my account and made calls originating from Jordan outgoing to different countries in that region. I am in the US and I only have one activated phone. This had to be a Tmobile employee because who else would have access to my account? I have called customer service several times and I am getting empty promises and lies from the Tmobile Rep's. I was told that a Fraud Claim was filed on my behalf and that was a lie. I was also told by another rep that I would receive a call back from a manager to help me rectify the situation and that was also a lie. This had been a crazy week. I reached out to T-Mobile on 2/6/24 to discuss why my bill was still rising after I removed a line and also removed a device protection from one of my lines. upon reviewing my bill, I noticed that they had taxes and fees for two addresses. Now this wouldn't be an issue if I hadn't updated my address upon moving to my new home, but I did. I learned that T-Mobile has been charging me an extra 33.34 every month for the past 4 years and 7 months which kind of totals up to 18 hundred and change. After speaking to them and disputing the charges they called me today on 2/9/24 and said that it was nothing they could do because some of the lines were still registered at my old address. Now the main issue is that the lines associated with my old address are all minors. However, I'm the account holder and every device has been shipped to my current home how is this possible? To tell me after 7 years of being a customer that there is nothing that can be done is absurd. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. So my s23 ultra broke back in July, i used the insurance. Tmobile sent me a refurbished phone and a prepaid ups label to send the old phone back. After about a month I get a notification that I owe 1400 dollars for a device I never returned. I called customer service, gave them the tracking number that ups says was delivered to Ft Worth Texas. Customer service calls me back in August saying they still haven't located the phone and pushes billing out to October. I get a call from customer service this month and saying the IME number on the phone that was received was not the correct phone so now they are trying to stick me with the bill. I ordered my fam plan and 4 data Sims they offered me a phone but why didn't they offer me a tablet for my data? I've called at least 4 times since 1 am CST and the same guy or lady answers the phone but keep changing their name. And trust me it's them and they both kept hearing something totally when I literally keep saying exactly what I put up there and they keep repeating something either only a small part that isn't the issue or something entirely different. One thing I hate is repeating my self more than three times and I hung on on them and they've been calling me non stop on my 2 main voice lines. Idk is this is on purpose , they a tad slow, or they really can't hear and need hearing aids I am country and talk very loud and proper so I know I was heard. So I never even got close to getting an answer but why wouldn't they offer me a revvl tablet with the phone since I basically got 8 lines but I haven't actually activated two but I can't even ask about any potential promo they might've missed10Visto0likes0Comentarios
