Group messaging not going through.
As of Friday 5/31/24 my Samsung s24 Ultra stopped working for group chats. I tried it all: Restart, removed sim card thenrestart, messed with the mms is the Samsung messaging app, turned off and on the rcs in the google messaging app, cleared the data and the cache on both as well, even factory reset the phone. I can text individuals, I receive the group texts but my responses aren't going through. if i turn off the group messaging then reply it goes through but then everyone in the group text gets my response individually. I've had this phone since it came out in January and this has never happened. Has anyone else run into this issue? The only thing I've done differently is the recent days in added the WhatsApp cause mywife is currently overseas in France. Could it have messed with my settings? I have deleted it already. ____________________________________________________________________________ SOLVED: I've done this too but the T-Mobile tech had me do it again over the phone with him. Go to settings Tap General Management Tap Reset Tap Reset Mobile Network Settings Tap Reset Settings Confirm Pin Tap RESET (phone will disconnect) This worked for me.
