Curious if 48 hours is actually 48 hours going into the weekend. We set up a split payment and yall took the payment twice. When I called, the representative said they were made aware that this was a problem and we would be refunded within 48 hours but with that extra payment being taken we are at risk of other things not going through. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to get an answer about that and our bad internet 😒. Anyways, has anyone else dealt with this and how long did it actually take to go back into your account?41Visto0likes1Comentarioneeds to speak ro excutives or legal action - scammed

Technology can improve our daily lives and can also complicate them. Going forward at times, can result in going backwards. "If it isn't broke, leave it alone". Touch tone Old technology has a preprogrammed "tone" established, allowing a connection to be heard and passed through with correct information. Newer technology uses thousands of tones associated with 0-9 computer screen connections. " if you would like to receive this call pres 1", by pressing 1, this tone must connect with the exact receiving tone as the outgoing tone. If the tones do not exactly match, you mayfind yourself pressing "Beethoven" vs "Motzart". Your call will not connect if your note does not match the receiving note. How do companies address this issue? After several agents pass the buck, hang up on you and you finally manage an agent without preprogrammed bot mentality, you will discover a claim to their technicians will be processed for further review. Usually a 3 day or week process. Akind agent will brief you upon this expected length, though technically this is a breech in policy, some agents are actually still bread with human decency. A history of incomming lines will be viewed for their tone matching capabilities to rule out whose playing b flat. Once identified a tune up follows. However as with all instruments, those musicians know nothing ever stays perfectly in tune. Going forward can at times mean, your really better off sometimes with one octave than with multiple octaves, as there are less variables of your touch tone being unable to play the exact reciprocating frequencies needed to simply....connect calls. Life is a balance of machine and mankind. Machines are only as good as they are programmed. A good company will never put policy over their paying customers. A company is only as good as its character, not of its policies. Policies are fluid rules needing to bend with the tide of current needs. A company unwilling to address their outdated or unacceptable policies, will find their "product" will never support their character. But quality of Character will always support a product.109Visto0likes1ComentarioXbox not connecting to internet (5G gateway)

I used to have Sprint Service. Sprint was able to set up my phone (on their end) so that every time I make a call, mycaller id is blocked to the person or company that I am calling. To release my caller id, like when I call a friend, I would just hit *82 and then the phone number. My phone book with all my contacts of friends have *82 in front of their regular numbers. so I can just hit that contact number and, to my friends, my number would be released. I am trying to find out if T-Mobile offers that same system. I have been calling customer service at sprint/t-mobile for over 2 months, I have about 10 different ticket numbers and no one can seem to figure out how this works. I find it hard to believe that if Johnny Depp wants his phone to be blocked, that t-mobile won't block his number. Anyone have any ideas???1.9KViews0likes2ComentariosOnePlus 8T 5G & Android 12 = Android Auto audio bug! Ayuda.
I recently upgraded my T-Mobile OnePlus 8T 5G to the Android 12 update (security update July 5, 2022) - software version KB2007_11_C.41. There seems to be a bug with this update. Whenever I connect the phone to my vehicle's radio and initiate Android Auto, the phone prompts me what USB mode I want it to connect the USB through. I select Android Auto, and the phone connects, but all audio - music, podcast, etc. - while playing cuts in and out constantly. For example, the audio playing will pulsate between the vehicle's speakers and then the phone's speakers - over and over. I've tried everything and can't figure out what's going on. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? For the record, I never had these issues while on Android 11, and nothing has changed with my vehicle's radio. The only variable change has been the phone's operating system version. This bug needs to be fixed by OnePlus/T-mobile.So frustrating!632Visto0likes3Comentarios
