Dns Issue?
So if I'm out and about, none of my hosting sites can connect. If I'm at home on my Wi-Fi with Xfinity, there is no problem. As soon as I take the Wi-Fi off I lose my connection to my sites again. But there is no issue going to google, amazon, YouTube, etc. Could T-Mobile be blocking my sites or ip address. All this just sounds weird to me. Is anyone have the same issues? My child's SyncUP watch 2 is not receiving incoming audio text messages from contacts. Regular written texts come in, emojis come in, photos come in, phone calls come in, and video chat calls come in... HOWEVER, I send audio voice text messages from my Galaxy Android phone and they aren't received on his watch. There's no error shown on my phone. It shows that an MMS text was sent successfully. I've tried restarting his watch and restarting my phone but that didn't help. He is able to send me audio texts from his watch to my phone without any issues. Any ideas why my audio text messages aren't being received? Any settings I can check?

Was told that I can have a new cell since I originally was told that by customer service, I paid over a 100 a month just for cell phone service, and for the last two months I don't have a phone however I'm still being billed the 100 each moth. Called a few times the second called said I refused the offer however I have the VM, as well as the text message saved to my devise stating that I can redeem this offer any time by calling or texting customer service I can't call them because my phone is broken. So whenever I text them they say that they cant authenticate the account one thing I know for sure is I'm a war time veteran, to be called basically a liar I'm going to post this on FACEBOOK to all my veterans, and it's so bad that they can still bill me but they couldn't honor their word. In closing I'm beyond frustrated with how I was and am being treated so I'm just not going to pay anymore bills and when they try to collect I'll get them for breach of contract.

Hello. I just recieved some of the worst support I've ever had from this company. normally its alright and helpful at times but this time I was completely let down by expectations. A month ago I asked for help repairing my phone, It broke AGAIN shortly after its repair even though it hasn't been dropped and has a case protecting it. I had to pay 200 dollars to get it fixed. I was told by support they would try to get it fixed for free since its unreasonable to have somehow had the screen glitch or chip despite paying to repair it.I was then informed that for some reason I had lost my insurance awhile ago which may have helped reduce the cost,and was never notified despite them saying they did via text, and that they can't give it back to me now Juanita failed to properly solve any of my issues and thensent me back to my day with a final somewhat rude messageand I couldn't leave any feedback. Im unsure what to do besides post on here now and hope I can get some kind of help, or at least leave info for the poor support I received from Juanitaoneplus 9 pro authorised OxygenOS 13 gone
I downgraded my oneplus 9 pro to OOIS 12. After downgraded my device model was changed also some authorised app was gone like phone dailer,message. So I wanna know that How can I get back T Mobile OOIS 13/12? someone can please help me to find the outhorised OOIS 12/13?
how do do you stop your phone from being hacked?
I know someone that started taking cyber-security. ever since then I keep being hacked on my phone. can anyone tell me what to do? Have reset my phone 3 times loosing important information everytime. Its frustrating because I think this person also hack my internet. I have changed phones and that person was able to hack my prepaid phone as well. I hope you can help this is getting ridiculous. I also notice an account that I know is the hackers under the reset tab. If I give it to tmobile do you think they can trace it and stop the hacking? Have gotten in my google emails and in my 2 step verification have greyed out the send a text option. that person also greyed out me changing my password on my internet service.
Samsung Watch Ultra locking up. Help please?
My watch out of the box will completely lock up and become unresponsive. I will have to hit and hold the "home" button and it will restart. I cannot use tap, tilt, or a button press to wake it up it has to restart. This happens every 5 - 10 minutes with or without the AOD on. When it is unresponsive it also will not charge and it will still drain the battery so it is actually on.I've factory reset the watch twice and it still has the same problem. No apps installed besides the pre-installed ones, no extra watch faces either. It does it with the watch disconnected for the phone, too. And with the radios turned off as well.
