24 TopicsT-mobile charging me for returned phone
So my s23 ultra broke back in July, i used the insurance. Tmobile sent me a refurbished phone and a prepaid ups label to send the old phone back. After about a month I get a notification that I owe 1400 dollars for a device I never returned. I called customer service, gave them the tracking number that ups says was delivered to Ft Worth Texas. Customer service calls me back in August saying they still haven't located the phone and pushes billing out to October. I get a call from customer service this month and saying the IME number on the phone that was received was not the correct phone so now they are trying to stick me with the bill. The phone I returned was 100 percent the phone I got from the local store. ¿Qué hago?34Visto0likes0Comentariosneeds to speak ro excutives or legal action - scammed
Does anyone have a way to contact TMobile corporate offices? I need to file a complaint already went through all the supervisors with zero help. If anyone can help out I would appreciate it otherwise I have to file a complaint with the BBB. I am going to the small claims court ! The fcc and the consumer protections office . bill is almost 500$ for last 2 month when it should be 271$ or lower but they trapped me and refused to honor the promo I should of had day one - after me spending close to 2000$ I got nothing from these guys ! Smoke to all supervisors who says kill bill is over but refuses to help or accommodate me - at this point this is very criminal and something will be done - pls contact me direct and let it be with a fix to this situation - lady was fire who was in store - had pones for over a month with no promo (that was agreed we go in store) - I said no insurance it was changed without my agreement (both my promo , plan, and insurance ) - free equipment light glass screen protector and chargers suppose to come deee with phone .. - for some odd reason I'm being charged for everything - even the phone that I was suppose to get "on us" for porting in my number ! I don't know if it's racism n discrimination or what but this is absolutely bad ! Not to mention I work for T-Mobile so I can't even use my employeee discount - these guys costing me additional 75% a month on top of that -67Visto0likes0Comentariosreactivation fee!
I check my Internet bill on the first of every month, unless it says I have a credit the month before. (Sometime I prepay a month or so in advance) July, it said I had a credit and this month... September, it said I owed a reactivation fee of 24 bucks! That's close to half my bill! I went through all my bills again with a fine tooth comb only to see that they take the money from the credit on the 19th, so me checking on the first was pointless!29Visto0likes0ComentariosRecurring activation fees?
I signed up for TMobile internet and mobile services a couple of months ago, and have been thrilled with the service thus far. When I was in the store, the associate told me my bill would be a little higher in the first month, as there were some activation fees that could not be waived. But I just received my second bill, which is for the same amount as my first bill. I was expecting it to be ~$30 less than my first bill. I didn't see any activation fees in my first bill, so I'm a little confused as to why my second bill is the same price? Has anyone else seen an activation fee on their billing statement? Feeling a little regretful now, as TMobile is costing me more than my separate phone/internet bills were before I switched. Hopefully someone can make this right...Solved321Visto0likes2ComentariosConnect wants to charge me twice a month 3 days apart
On Friday August the 9th I spoke with a representative to port my number from Google Fi to Connect by T-mobile, I gave him my acc # and the pin # to proceed with the transaction, I also paid $45 dollars he did NOT give a temporary #, throughout the weekend and Monday morning the 12th I had service provided byGoogle Fi, at around noon I called back to find out where the process of porting the number was. As I was talking to a representative on Monday the 12th at noon, she transferred my number to Connect, (I had asked for a physical SIM which was on the way) Google Fi immediately sent me an email telling me my acc was canceled, I protested that I wouldnot have service till the SIM card would be delivered, she then proceeded to set up a temporary E-SIM card in my phone. I was sent a Legacy SIM card that couldn't be set up, the following Monday another SIM card arrived and finally it worked. NOW Connect wants to charge me $15 on the 9th and also on the 12th of each month, I have one representative working on this issue but so far it has not been resolve and I get messages that although on the 9th I was charge $15 I will be charge another $15 dollars on the 12th!! How it's even possible for the system to charge an account twice 3 days apart?!18Visto0likes0ComentariosGETTING OVER CHARGED AND NO HELP!!!!
I recently checked my account and found out I've been paying for "lease" option on a phone I own so I called customer service and explained and they agreed it's a mistake and put me on hold, after 15 minutes she came back and said because I haven't been looking at my bills theyre only going to refund 2 months back and wont be able to do anything else. I found it ridicules and asked for a manager, I waited 1 hour and 32 minutes until they hung up the phone. The rep basically told me they wont do anything and their manager wont do anything else too. This is absolutely ridicules and the fact that no manager was available to talk to me made me more upset. They made me wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to just hang up on me. T Mobile you suck and I will continue talk about how terrible you guys treated me. Switching to AT&T ASAP.83Visto1like1ComentarioGetting over charged by T-Mobile... and not getting any help!
Super frustrated….. went with my mom to upgrade our phones months ago and we went with the Go5G 55+ plan plus home internet and two new phones. Told we would be paying $144. Three whole billing cycles later and we are still paying $20 more than we should be. And T-Mobile has been charging us randomly outside of our billing due date. Went to a T-Mobile store and even they didn't know what was going on. It's incredibly frustrating because we switched to all of this in order to save money and now we are paying more. And no one can give us any answers.4.4KViews5likes24ComentariosPlaced order for T-mobile Connect Plan but no order/email confirmation
After just placing an order for a T-mobile connect plan, my credit card was charged, but I received no email confirmation or order confirmation number for the transaction. Is this expected? And then thenew plan's SIM card should arrive at my address and I can continue setting up from there?167Visto0likes1ComentarioRemove 3rd Party
