Can anyone help me?? I've called T-Mobile several times, talked to IT, and went to the store and still no help. I have the home internet, it's showing 5 bars and excellent connection, but our speed is 4 mbps. Our service used to be amazing, but lately we can't even watch a show on Netflix with out it buffering! We have reset our wifi, did the new network pathways with T-Mobile, and went in and got a new white router and it seems to be worse now! My phone, tv, iPadwon't on the wifi even thought it says our signal is excellent. I'm so frustrated with this, and about to cancel my internet; however, I love the price point compared to our areas Internet providers. Anyone know what to do? I'm not sure if you get a new sim or not with the new router? That is about the only thing I could think to replace, if it wasn't already with the router. Thank you!!292Visto0likes6ComentariosT-Mobile Message "The phone that you are using does not allow outgoing calls."
After changing a few settings on my T-mobile plan(unblocking Spam), I cannot call out of my iPhone. The message that I hear is"The phone that you are using does not allow outgoing calls." The message that people here when they try to call me is, "At the subscriber's request, they do not allow incoming calls." Yes, I have rebooted my phone. Yes, my bill is up-to-date. I cannot call out using Wi-Fi calling either. I can text. My son, also on my account, is having no issue; he also has an iPhone. Anyone have a solution? I rechecked the setting that I change on the website earlier and nothing looks strange.2.1KViews0likes12Comentariossamsung s21 ultra 5g ultra slow
About a week and a half ago I started noticing my phone going INSANELY slow. Like, 21 minutes into watching a 5 minute and 37 second YouTube video and I'm only 1 minute and 12 seconds in slow. Can't access anything on data, can't download anything on wifi. And it's not a location issue cuz none of my other devices are affected. My partners phone through t-mobile works fine. Every other device that uses wifi is fine. It's just this phone I've tried everything. Restarting the phone. Having only one app open at a time. Resetting all settings. Factory reset (that took me well over 4 hours cuz it's soooo slow) Ive included pics of an update ive been trying to download for hours, 0.36 mb/s with full mobile coverage and 0.00 mb/s with full wifi coverage. Before this issue that would have downloaded in less than a minute. I'm at my wits end idk what else to do?1.1KViews0likes4Comentariosdata is active, but slow as all hell
I use an android phone and For the past 2 to 3 days, my data has been so slow that I can't access downloads on certain apps. I don't what it is, but its getting annoying. Usually, I would just chalk it up to t mobile tower troubles. However, I've had a history of my data coverage being so trashy. And it's because of one thing that still don't freaking understand and that: the carrier hub application. Someone explain to what the hell it does and why does my service always get worse when is have to mess for an update or permission or whatever. I've been dealing with this carrier hub bull crap for a few good years using t mobile and it still gets on my nerves.50Visto0likes0Comentarios3 Month Free Trial

My T-Mobile internet has been down for two days - not just mine, several cities! A car hit a pole that took out the fiber, apparently. Cell service is spotty an intermittent, as with the internet - the signal on my router shows "Weak." I work from home, and the situation for me is getting critical. Every time I call in for status, I hear "we are working on it" and that Spectrum has to fix the fiber since they own it. I got told Spectrum was waiting to be dispatched - well, I drove by the site where the car hit the tower three times on my errands today and no one is out there working - not a single person. I know this isn't on the level with some areas right now, but all I keep getting is the run around on when this will be fixed. Starlink is looking like a better option at the moment. Can I escalate at TMobile? How do I find out exactly is going on here, and when my internet will be back?25Visto0likes0Comentarios
