Could someone help me please. I called tmob and asked about where the $55 autopay transaction went. I checked my past bills but there's none. Hi, I've spent literally 3 days trying to get this fixed but when I go to start activation for the Google One 2TB + Unlimited Photos it says "You can't activate your plan with this account. To finish activation, switch to the account you used to sign up for Google One." T-Force has no resolution and Google Support says they can't help since it's billed through T-Mobile. Does anyone know how I can get this fixed I definitely do not have any other Google account at all. My husband,(we'll call him bob for now) had a brain injury some time back. He now has massive dementia-like symptoms that came on suddenly and have left me scrambling to get control of everything including his phone usage. He receives hundreds of texts messages and calls a day from con artists and scammers trying to convince he's won a car or the lottery. I need to block the numbers, but he won't let me near his phone. I am the primary account holder, but I need to do this in a way that he's not alerted by T-Mobile that anything has changed with his phone. If he knows I put any kind of block on his phone he'll have a meltdown and that is dangerous at this point. Can anyone advise me on the most discreet and easiest way to do this? a customer service representative tired to lie to me on the phone and remove a line and add a line and i caught it because they sentme a service agreement that i didn't sign. This has costed me a charge on my bill of non return fee of 401$ customer support said they would give me a credit of 370 witch doesn't make sense since the charge on the statement is clear, customer service will not let me speak to a manager and they have lied about removing the charges and made excuses to why is i have to pay this amount. I'm a business customer for 10 years and was a T-Mobile employee for 4 years. I have a past due balance of about $50 on my account and it has been more than 30 days. I see this message when trying to do a payment arrangement "Become eligible for Payment Arrangement and pay 30+ days past-due balance" Does this mean If I come up with the $50 my phone will still be off until I become eligible for a payment arrangement? So I would need to pay $50 plus the new PA?
