Cannot track where the transaction is
Could someone help me please. I called tmob and asked about where the $55 autopay transaction went. I checked my past bills but there's none. They also cannot see in their end what im talking about. i want to cancel it bec it notifies me again that ill be charged for this month.
Google One Billing via T-Mobile Issues
Hi, I've spent literally 3 days trying to get this fixed but when I go to start activation for the Google One 2TB + Unlimited Photos it says "You can't activate your plan with this account. To finish activation, switch to the account you used to sign up for Google One." T-Force has no resolution and Google Support says they can't help since it's billed through T-Mobile. Does anyone know how I can get this fixed I definitely do not have any other Google account at all. Google Support was useless and I just get thrown back and forth between T-Mobile & Google Support.
I'm having issue with customer support false charges with no result
a customer service representative tired to lie to me on the phone and remove a line and add a line and i caught it because they sentme a service agreement that i didn't sign. This has costed me a charge on my bill of non return fee of 401$ customer support said they would give me a credit of 370 witch doesn't make sense since the charge on the statement is clear, customer service will not let me speak to a manager and they have lied about removing the charges and made excuses to why is i have to pay this amount. I'm a business customer for 10 years and was a T-Mobile employee for 4 years. Please any advice before i cancel with T-Mobile and move on to another carrier.

I have a past due balance of about $50 on my account and it has been more than 30 days. I see this message when trying to do a payment arrangement "Become eligible for Payment Arrangement and pay 30+ days past-due balance" Does this mean If I come up with the $50 my phone will still be off until I become eligible for a payment arrangement? So I would need to pay $50 plus the new PA? Please help, I am starting a new job soon and need my services restored until my first check to become current.Using cellphone data when connected to Wi-Fi
WHY IS DATA BEING USED FROM MY CELLPHONE PLAN WHEN I'M CONNECTED TO HOME WIFI? I USE A GIG OF DATA THIS MORNING WHEN I WAS ASLEEP NOT EVEN USING MY CELLPHONE AND CONNECTED TO WIFI. SERVICE NAME CHANGED TO INTERNET ACCESS, ON PREVIOUS BILL IT WAS CALLED CELLPHONE DATA. I DO NOT HAVE TMOBILE INTERNET AT HOME, I USE SPECTRUM
I cant pay a bill without and invoice, I can print an invoice casue it wont load.
I just last month set up to be able to get my Invoices through the Tmobilewebsite and i get an email tellingme my billis due so i go to Print an invoice and the Bill page wont load anythingbut hey pay this amount. I can't pay it if i dont have an Invoice. Buisness Phones.
