I use this watch to be able to track my son's location when he's outside playing, on school field trips, etc. Airplane mode was just enabled on his watch. THISIS NOT A HELPFUL TRACKING DEVICE IF I CANNOT DISABLE AIRPLANE MODE FROM MYAPP. God forbid something bad happened and a person took his watch and put it on airplane mode, I can no longer contact him, or him contact me, or even track his location. I feel that Airplane Modeshould besomething that isa.) controlled by the app, or b.) removed from the watch completely. The sole purpose of this thing for me is tracking. Has anyone (everyone?) noticed this situation: I purchased an iPhone SE at half price. The sales girl told my son that it came with a case and tempered glass. Later, I found out that the charge for the case and the glass (each $39.99) were added to my bill to be paid off in 24 months. There is absolutely no way I would have agreed to this as I barely could afford the half priced phone.We went to the store and asked about it and the rude manager said there's nothing she would do about it. Bought a used syncup kids watch to replace a broken one. After getting the sim activated, can't pair with the app. Says it's registered with another user. Messaged the person I bought them from and he bought them from someone else and resold them. T-Mobile can't work around this problem apparently. My daughter has a T-Mobile Sync Up Watch. There is a phone number associated with it.She is wearing it to summer camp. She is able to text and call me from her watch. She texts me, and I can text her back. She can call me, and I can call her.But occasionally I am getting messages from someone else (NOT my daughter), but it looks like she's sending it because it shows up under her name. I verified that it's NOT her sending those messages. There were a few different messages telling me that I'm texting the wrong person. But it's showing up in the chat with my daughter. My daughter's watch will not make or receive calls. Has anyone else experienced this. It can send/receive texts, but calls fail or when I call her the watch does nothing. So my kids watch is working in some respects. It's on, I can press the button and touch screen is responsive to some of my swipe gestures. Also the App shows my sons watch location, I can make calls to it and it rings. However the screen is TOTALLY black. In this odd state I was able to power watch off, I pressed and held power button for a long time and I think another menu came up but I could not see it. A little while later the app advised me the watch powered off. I turned back on and no change, the watch powers back up BUT I still can't see the screen. I THINK he might have turned the brightness ALL the way down rendering the screen completely black. Horrible design if that's true because there's no physicalbutton or quick gesture that I know of to restore brightness. I think I'll have to take the watch in but has anyone else had this issue? That's the only logical explanation I have unless the display just gave up the ghost. But again I can hear a few things on certain swipe gestures which indicates the screen is acknowledging the swipes.666Visto0likes7ComentariosCan't invite to SyncUp Kids group
I can successfully add contacts as both friend or guardian, but can't add anyone to the group. I've sent an invite to my wife. Anytime myself or one of the other 3 leave our home boundary or return within the boundary it always gives the wrong name in the notifications but will have the correct profile picture Been going on for a couple weeks now and do not know how to fix it if there is one or if Tmobile has to do something on there end33Visto0likes0Comentarios
