I placed my order for the home internet and I went to go create my T-Mobile ID of course I was metwith what many people have previously noted as a "dead end" because it kept asking for my telephone number thatI do not have throughT-Mobile and I do not want one I wanted access to their home internet because that is the most convenient one currently and was the home internet that had the best prices as well although I'm starting to reconsider Spectrum even though I have had zero service over the past month with Spectrum but that being said I went to go talk to a service agent about my situation and I was met with the dead end as well because they could not currently find my order information and I've given them the screenshot to my email that confirms it so can somebody explain to me why suddenly my information is not existent30Visto0likes0ComentariosWorst Customer Service Rep

So I was trying to set up my online account to pay my home internet bill. I received the email to set up my T-Mobile ID and followed the steps and everything was fine. Until I got to the portion where it asked for me to put in the phone number. I put the phone number in and it told me that this phone number was not connected to my email address. So I went into my nearest t-mobile store and they told me that they could not help and that the email was probably typed in wrong and to call the help phone number line and have the email fix. So I call the help line and spoke to someone and they told me that I didn't have a t-mobile ID setup and that I would need to have that setup before I could put in the phone number. So I go online and and go through the entire process of trying to set up a t-mobile ID, I get through putting in all of my information and then I am told that I already have a t-mobile ID. When I get to the part of adding the phone number for the home internet account it says that my email is not linked to my phone number. I created an account when I tried transferring from Verizon. I created my Tmobile ID and when I went to log in it told me to check my 10 digit phone number to see if is correct. So I'm thinking I made it with one digit off. So I tried calling customer service and going into the store to see if I can reset my account pin and change the number ( cuz can't remember either one) and I'm being given the run around. For the last week I've not been able to log into my my-T-Mobile (prepaid) account . I will use credentials it will try to proceed to dashboard but keep spinning. Am I the only one?? Currently overseas in NEPALand will be here for a few months longer. I lost my phone a few hours ago and I'm worried it's gone for good. I've already set the iphone to lost mode, contacted the police and sent them the IMEI number, but I don't have access to my T-MOBILE account to suspend my sim. I should mention that phone calls to and from my phone won't even work unless it's connected to wifi. I need to suspend my SIM card but I can't even log into my T-Mobile account.
