Can anyone help me?? I've called T-Mobile several times, talked to IT, and went to the store and still no help. I have the home internet, it's showing 5 bars and excellent connection, but our speed is 4 mbps. Our service used to be amazing, but lately we can't even watch a show on Netflix with out it buffering! We have reset our wifi, did the new network pathways with T-Mobile, and went in and got a new white router and it seems to be worse now! My phone, tv, iPadwon't on the wifi even thought it says our signal is excellent. I'm so frustrated with this, and about to cancel my internet; however, I love the price point compared to our areas Internet providers. Anyone know what to do? I'm not sure if you get a new sim or not with the new router? That is about the only thing I could think to replace, if it wasn't already with the router. Hello, my Windows 10 Dell Inspiron won't see any wireless networks from my t-mobile gateway. It sees and connects to all other wireless networks but my gateway doesn't appear as an available network. The last 24 hours I have had no internet. All my devices say they're connected but it will not load and will say it was interrupted or no internet. I have reset my router and my devices. My 5g internet has been great for the past couple of weeks, but all of a sudden I'm stuck at 5mbps for my download speed. I've restarted my router/modem multiple times to see if that would help.Home internet went from 200mbps download to 5mbps download without changing anything. Added Hulu to my Disney+, TV (Samsung Smart) says I have to delete app and re-add it. Try to do that it says I need to reset tv. Did that & lost everything Disney+, Prime, Apple+, Peacock. Now tv says I am not connected to internet. Cann't get reconnected. In Settings I click on Network Settings, Click on T-Mobile put in my password - it says connection failed - put in my mobile phone # - Connection failed. Try unplugging tv - didn't work. Anyone else having issues with the gateway? I have been having issues since before August with the internet dropping constantly and phone calls in the house constantly dropping. I work from home so this cannot happen. I have had multiple T-Mobile techs try to help. I have had a new gateway sent, we upgraded to the mesh, the reset the gateway, we even got a new sim card for the gateway. NOTHING is working. I have been seeing online that it has to do with the firmware update. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I don't know what else to do besides change providers!278Visto3likes8Comentarios
