OK, its been over 10 weeks since the deadline for the TV Promotion. From the posts I've read, no one has recieved their e-mail notification and is getting no help from "customer service". When i can get through to "customer service" (3 hours)they do verify that i have a validapplication for the promotion. T-mobile wants their money from you, on time or earlier, but seems to feel no obligation to fullfil their responsibilities in a timely maner. Just imagine what would happen if i told T-Mobile wait ten weeks and maybe I'llsend you some money. :-) I realize that the upfront costs of a class action suit is not worth it for TV, but might be to teach them a lesson.Solved1.1KViews0likes16ComentariosPs4 can't connect to Gateway

I ordered Tmobile internet and got the order and tracking number. I have been home all this week and everyday I got a notice saying a delivery was attempted. Three attempts were supposedly made and not it is saying returned to shipper. This was false, I was home. I asked my landlord to check the security camera at the times the UPS tracking said a delivery was attempted, no UPS person or van was on camera. So what now. The website says to contact Tmobile if a third delivery attempt fails, which it did. But the support phone number tells me there will be a three hour wait. I assume the device will be returned to Tmobile by UPS, but UPS cannot tell me anything because that is a "shipper's problem" not the receiver. I have 15 days to try the Tmobile Internet and at this point, so how do I get a new one? If anyone has any ideas, I saw on other threads to use Facebook or Twitter but those accounts haven't had any posts in a year or two, so I doubt they are active. Any suggestions will be helpful74Visto0likes0ComentariosIssues returning equipment
I canceled my internet service and that created a mess. The email that should have had the shipping label attached to it, did not have one. I just got the "sad to see you go" email. When calling customer support they where unable to send me an email with a label, due to my account already being closed. The business customer support side of things even tried to give it a shot with no luck. Also the store near me will not accept the return due to me already starting the return though the mail. So anyone have any idea how to resolve this so I don't have to buy a gateway I'm not going to use?50Visto0likes0ComentariosWiFi App Not Working

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app …didn't help. Home WiFi works fine. I'm using the5G Gateway S191Visto0likes1ComentarioDOES he or she really think they're pulling the wool over ones eyes?

AND in his phone he has it labeled as Nates Iphone.....Not to mention I just joined but his bills go back many months. I have screenshots, plus made it to where I had no choice but to factory reset my phoneSolved428Visto0likes4Comentarios5G Small Business Internet - Blocking Ports for Dialpad Phone System
We have recently discovered that either the T-Mobile 5 G Business Internet or T-Mobile'scell towers are blocking some of the following ports. We are a small business and use T-Mobile for both internet for our POS system and for our phone (through dialpad.com). This physical handset worked for about 14 months and then a couple of weeks ago, it stopped receiving incoming calls. We can call out, but all incoming calls do not ring the handset. We switched the Internet temporarily back to Spectrum and it worked flawlessly. T-Mobile sent us out another one of the grey nokia 5 G towers for our Internet, and we are still experiencing the same problem. Does anyone know how to get either the T-Mobile 5G firewall to unblock these ports or to get their towers to unblock it? Nov 2, 2022, 16:50 PDT Hi, Good day!! Thank you for reaching out to Dialpad. This is Clarice from Dialpad Support. Dialpad is a cloud-based business phone system that allows you to make and receive calls from anywhere in the world, as well as manage contacts, get call logs and voicemails, transfer calls, and more. We know you are on the move, and we're pleased to confirm that Dialpad is operable on any device with a reliable internet connection! Let's dive into the details of network settings, to set you up for success. Port and protocolsused by Dialpad phones and applications residing in a private network are listed below. Outbound port configurations are needed on the firewall to allow traffic to the destination ports listed in the right-hand side column of the tables. Stateful firewalls are recommended for Dialpad deployments. For a stateful firewall, inbound port configurations are not needed as they are automatically opened as a reply to the outbound traffic.
