Set up the Nighthawk M1 with a prepaid card "Unlimited Mobile Internet with up to 30GB of 5G & 4G LTE Data" - got speeds of 20 mbps. So, I've had T mobile home internet for about 4 months, and it worked perfectly fine for about 3 months then it started disconnecting randomly over and over again, I play games like siege both on my Xbox and pc and I got banned 3 times for not being able to reconnect after getting disconnected. It usually works fine for about 15 minutes then it disconnects constantly sometimes even immediately after loading into a game. But it makes it impossible for games, video calls, and any other type of services that require consistent connectivity. is anybody else having this problem? I called support 3 times and swapped the gateway out and I thought it fixed it but a week later it started doing it again. The first 2 people were helpful, but the last person seemed confused like they've never heard that before and acted like I was doing something wrong on my side. Tmobile absolutely sucks, I’ve been in there by lindale mall many times, and they never tell the truth. im always being scammed as in me going in, and asking for it to be canceled after I paid two months ahead, they said yes we can cancel that when the time comes, and the day came, I forgot about it and it was never canceled, I haven’t had service for awhile and they are still charging me interest, and I can’t cancel it because there are no available days to do so this month without over drafting my bank account and building even more interest, they scam the shit out of teens and young adults, and many other new people to that service, I would never recommend them. t mobile is not helping anyone, I’ve been lied to by them many times, they even told me in person that there will be no more interest and we won’t charge you anymore, which I know is a lie. last time I checked I owed 70 next I owed 177, and I’m not sure what’s next but I don’t like it, I wish they had an option to cancel early without being in debt. honestlyyour better off getting a service card from Walmart, they don’t charge interest, and they don’t lie and scam you, plus it’s a one time use, so you can get more than one, cheaper than almost any other service provider.44Visto0likes1ComentarioWHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET A ARCADYAN TMOG4AR ?
I've had T-mobile 5g home internet since Aug 2023 and really feel like I should have stayed with Crimecast. My area has NO 5G signal. And I'm a candidate for a ARCADYAN TMOG4AR gateway because of weak 5g signal but T-mobile REFUSES to get me a new gateway. I've been asking and checking since August. My Ooma will not work either. HORRIBLE VOIP. My Ookla speed tests show pitiful upload and download speeds. I've called tech support maybe a dozen times. I've called local stores maybe a dozen times. I was on a chat with T-Mobile for over an hour trying to order their home internet. I was asked to provide my home address at the VERY BEGINNING of the chat. Well, after over 55 minutes where the agent was seemingly processing my order, I was informed that home internet was not available at my address, but I could get this LTE 100 MPS Internet "Lite" instead. I said absolutely not and told them that this has been a total waste of my time and amounted to nothing less thanbait and switch by T-Mobile. The chat person said sorry and was there anything else they could do for me. I said yes. Give me the contact information to whomever I can complain to. After another, believe me, five minutes I was provided an address and fax number to complain to and told there was no number to call. Unbelievable! I am cancelling my account with T-Mobile, due to terrible Internet speeds. This is the only Internet system I have ever used where the download speed is lower than the upload speed. Anyway, I got an email telling me that a return label was attached. None was attached. I went to the T-Mobile store and they told me they couldn't do anything for me because I didn't have the return label. I called customer service, and they told me I had to work with the store to get the label. So, now what? The email tells me that I have 45 days to return their equipment.443Visto0likes0Comentarios
