Home Internet, packaging contained no battery pack or charger cord. Only the tower.
So I went and got the internet bundle last night my phone, only to get home and realize the associate did not put any kind of battery pack or cord to be able to hook itnup (like the instructions show). is it possible to ise a phone charger temporsrly till I can get back up there? I have transportstion limitations. Thanks so much for anyones help!!
T-mobile home internet router not working with (some) Matter Smart Home Devices
I bought some Leviton 215P smart plugs and I just cannot get them working on my t-mobile router. I have gone through numerous steps to try and get this working but no luck. I suspect the router is the issue because I got the plugs to pair with my matter controller immediately when I took them to a different home using Optimum and an Arris router. After working with Leviton, they also suspect the router. I have Nest thermostats that use Matter but apparently they use threads and not Wi-fi. Has anyone got Matter over Wi-fi to work on a t-mobile home internet wi-fi network? I did enroll in the Leviton Matter program I have the devices and controller all on the same 2.4GHz network None of Apple TV, Eco Dot or Homeassistant will pair with the Leviton (but they will on the Optimum wi-fi) The Plug will enroll on the network and can be controlled by the Leviton App, its just Matter thats not working.
Nintendo switch wont connect to my Internet
I've been havingmy home internet for a few months and everything is and was great until one day I thought I had to many devices on at once so I went to my tmoblie internet app and looked at the devices I had connected. And at the time I decided to remove my Nintendo switch for the moment, figuring that I could just you know go back on my switch when the time came to reconnect but when I did maybe a few days later and Error code 2110-3127 has be popping up saying Unable to connect to internet could not perform DNS name resolution try again later . Can someone please help me fix this or add my device back to my internet??
Home Internet Devices
My Home Internet app won't display the devices connected to it. All of the other tabs work (Home, Network, Support, etc.) but everytime I click the Devices tab it asks if I am setting up a new gateway. I have had Home Internet for almost a year now, and my gateway has been set up this entire time. One time I was able to see all of the devices, and I turned off 1 tv. Now I want to turn it back on but can't!Adding a wireless printer to T-Mobile network
The T-Mobile tech was very helpful, but our Cannon printer would not connect to the router. After hanging up, we went into printer settings on the printer and it finally gave the option to enter the network password. Our Tech was very patient and she actually resolved our problem even though we were not online with her. She did an excellent job!
Gateway loses tower connection, (internet) after reboot or power outage.
I have to factory reset and configure the gateway every time there is a power outage and or if I reboot the device. The local network remains but the gateway does not reconnect to the tmobile cell tower. Ready to quit service because of this.
