account disabled
Welcome to T-MobileWe are sorry, your online account access has been disabled. Please contact the primary account holder to re-enable your account also.. every time I leave and come back home.. I have to reconnect to my WiFi.. why is that??? Didn't do that until this happened with the account being disabled
T-Mobile life app updating information?
Within the mobile life app how long does it take for our gateway setupto update within T-Mobile life app. I have T-Mobile access mesh all connected yet not showing up. I also got a new gateway, but app still shows another gateway (probably old one) that is not connected. Gracias
Home Internet, packaging contained no battery pack or charger cord. Only the tower.
So I went and got the internet bundle last night my phone, only to get home and realize the associate did not put any kind of battery pack or cord to be able to hook itnup (like the instructions show). is it possible to ise a phone charger temporsrly till I can get back up there? I have transportstion limitations. Thanks so much for anyones help!!

My current cell phone is unable to download and install the T-Life app. So I currently am unable to make any of the suggested profile changes/updates to further secure our home internet. Any and all suggestions are welcome except the obvious get a new cell phone of course, trying to avoid that one!
