I placed my order for the home internet and I went to go create my T-Mobile ID of course I was metwith what many people have previously noted as a "dead end" because it kept asking for my telephone number thatI do not have throughT-Mobile and I do not want one I wanted access to their home internet because that is the most convenient one currently and was the home internet that had the best prices as well although I'm starting to reconsider Spectrum even though I have had zero service over the past month with Spectrum but that being said I went to go talk to a service agent about my situation and I was met with the dead end as well because they could not currently find my order information and I've given them the screenshot to my email that confirms it so can somebody explain to me why suddenly my information is not existent31Visto0likes0ComentariosNighthawk M1 + Prepaid Super Slow

So, I've had T mobile home internet for about 4 months, and it worked perfectly fine for about 3 months then it started disconnecting randomly over and over again, I play games like siege both on my Xbox and pc and I got banned 3 times for not being able to reconnect after getting disconnected. It usually works fine for about 15 minutes then it disconnects constantly sometimes even immediately after loading into a game. But it makes it impossible for games, video calls, and any other type of services that require consistent connectivity. is anybody else having this problem? I called support 3 times and swapped the gateway out and I thought it fixed it but a week later it started doing it again. The first 2 people were helpful, but the last person seemed confused like they've never heard that before and acted like I was doing something wrong on my side. I first opened a new Internet connection through T-Mobile Home Internet Chat, and if you look at the records, you will see that I applied for Autopay and provided my payment account information. Tmobile absolutely sucks, I’ve been in there by lindale mall many times, and they never tell the truth. im always being scammed as in me going in, and asking for it to be canceled after I paid two months ahead, they said yes we can cancel that when the time comes, and the day came, I forgot about it and it was never canceled, I haven’t had service for awhile and they are still charging me interest, and I can’t cancel it because there are no available days to do so this month without over drafting my bank account and building even more interest, they scam the shit out of teens and young adults, and many other new people to that service, I would never recommend them. t mobile is not helping anyone, I’ve been lied to by them many times, they even told me in person that there will be no more interest and we won’t charge you anymore, which I know is a lie. last time I checked I owed 70 next I owed 177, and I’m not sure what’s next but I don’t like it, I wish they had an option to cancel early without being in debt. honestlyyour better off getting a service card from Walmart, they don’t charge interest, and they don’t lie and scam you, plus it’s a one time use, so you can get more than one, cheaper than almost any other service provider.44Visto0likes1Comentariohorrible customer service
I canceled my home internet service on January 13 and they had charged me on January 1st. However, they charged me again on February 1st. I called to get a refund because why would they charge me for a whole month i didn't use their service for. They said Icouldn't get a refund immediately until the 12th. Iasked them why and they said a new bill had to generate and start the refund process.
