I use AWS VPN to connect to my work. There are times when I'm on the road and need to connect to work. I used to be able to just use my T-mobile hotspot from my Mac and work anywhere I had T-mobile connection. Since about the beginning of the year, I no longer can connect via AWS VPN. In the last couple of months I've been working with our IT department to figure out if anything is blocked on their end. They have made sure that I'm not blocked when connecting via my phone hotspot. There appear to be issues with IPv6 connections, but there's nothing that I can change on my T-mobile connection from my iPhone to change any of that. Hello There, I've requested multiple times ove rthe phone and also via chat to unlock my 5G mobile hotspot and everytime I hear request has been submitted and still the device is locked. Just bought aJeXtream RG2100, I am trying to navigate to http://mobile.hotspotas indicated in the Quick Start Guide (QSG). I get a list of related mobile hotspots with TMO services listed 1st, all links take me to different tmobile.com services and ask for my tmo account login credentials, but once i logged in, i do not see any page/link specifically for mobile.hotspots. I assume this is different from the jextream.net/activate admin page. the screenon the QSG of the http://mobile.hotspotdoes not resemble that of the jextream admin page, which I already set up. I have NordVPN on my S23 Ultra. At home I usually have the phone on wi-fi, but my router bit the dust last week so I've been using mobile data. I'm halfway through my billing cycle, and I received a text that I had already used my 40 GB of monthly hotspot data and I'm now throttled to 600 kbps. I haven't used the hotspot and it has been off this whole billing cycle. I've read anecdotal stuff about T-Mobile incorrectly counting mobile data use via VPN as hotspot data. The prescribed answer seems to be related to switching back to a physical SIM from the eSIM.
