roaming internacional
119 TopicsOverseas Travel: How can I avoid incoming call costs but still use free text/data roaming while abroad?
We're planning to travel to Europe later this year and would like to take advantage of T-Mobile's free international text/data roaming. However, I saw that incoming calls are charged at one minute even if you don't answer; per T-Mobile's website: "If your phone is on when you get an incoming call, even if you do not answer it, the call is charged one minute for delivery to the phone. (There are no charges if your phone is turned off.)" I get multiple robocalls/telemarketer calls per week, and I don't want to rack up charges for unwanted calls. Is there any way to temporarily turn off incoming calls or route them directly to voicemail to avoid charges? If so, what are the steps to do that?Solved39KViews2likes50ComentariosHow do I fix my slow data/roaming?
It seems like I've tried everything to try and fix this slow data issue but nothing is working. I've tried calling tech support. I've tried restarting the phone but no luck. I've tried resetting the network settings but still nothing. Even got a new SIM card. This is getting so exhausting and I can't afford to get a new phone. Can someone please give me a solution so I can get this freaking internet/data to work. I have a Google pixel 6a. I also live in Alaska.415Visto1like4ComentariosT-Mobile ONE Military plan for international data and texting? - Emmanuel Katto
Hello T-Mobile community! I'm Emmanuel Katto, a military member and I recently switched to the T-Mobile ONE Military plan. I'm planning a trip abroad soon and I'd like to know if I can use my plan for international data and texting. I've read that the T-Mobile ONE Military plan comes with 200MB of high-speed data and unlimited texting in Mexico and Canada, but I couldn't find any information on using it for international roaming in other countries. Can anyone who has experience with international roaming on the T-Mobile ONE Military plan share some insight? Are there any specific settings or apps that I need to enable or download to access international data and texting? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! I have international roaming available as part of plan, but phone won't connect to internet. I am currently in a city called Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The phone connects to a strong signal from Vodafone - India (and shows all bars are up on signal anywhere in city). But, when i try to start up chrome browser, it immediately shows "NO INTERNET". Has been consistently doing it for past few days that i have been here. The obvious checks (Mobile data, Data roaming, Network operator etc) have all been checked. So, i am starting to think that vodafone india is throttling or cheating Tmobile on their end of the deal. If not, how can tmobile give me data service here ? I need to get this working soon, since i will be india for a while…..currently, i am getting by only on wifi connects.24KViews1like41ComentariosInternational pass not working.
I purchased a 30 day international pass for my wife's Iphone 13 for her trip to Romania in January of 2023. I did not accompany her on the trip. She could not get it working during her visit. She had to rely on WIFI connections the entire time. We made sure that roamingwas enabled and we also tried#RON# with no success. My sister in law had the same issue in February. She also has an Iphone 13. We all have the Magenta MAX 55+ plan. My wife's phone and mine haveESIM'sbut everything I've read says the ESIM shouldn't make a difference. My wife is planning a return trip in April 2023 and would really like to be assured that T Mobile will work as advertised. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.6.4KViews1like8Comentarios
