Kicked off of Roaming while deployed
Hello all I am currently deployed to a location in the middle east, and I have the Magenta Max Military plan. Initially, I was able to use mobile data for roaming, but now it seems I have 0 connection and it constantly says "searching." My WiFi availability is VERY spotty, so I really am trying to rely on the LTE for text messages (for 2FA) and other things. I started to notice that whenever I was connected to a vodafone network, I would get kicked off shortly thereafter. My job requires me to have 24/7 availability by phone, so this situation is leading me to miss critical phone calls because I simply don't notice that I've been kicked off the network until I check my phone. What am I doing wrong here? I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S24. Now when I am trying to connect to the network (even after restarting my phone, resetting network settings, turning mobile radio on/off), I just see a "DENIED" status under Data Raw Registration State and Voice Raw Registration State. Please help, I thought I'd be able to rely on international roaming with T-mobile to maintain connectivity. I really don't have to have to purchase an additional sim card for the area.
europe cellular data service not working
I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 running latest version Android. I was told by T Mobile that my US cellular plan provided free unlimited data and texting, but neither is working correctly in Europe. They do work when on WiFi, but not when in cellular mode. Phone says no Internet service, but time and date are correct, so phone must be communicating with the network. Funny thing is my wife's Apple iPhone is working under the same service plan without any issue. I have verified that the Data Roaming switch is on/enabled under Connections > Mobile Networks. What am I missing??? Thanks in advance for any help since I need data service on my trip in Europe!Datos internacionales
Currently travelling in Italy and upon arrival I received the standard welcome message "Your plan includes coverage that gives you unlimited data On Us now at faster speeds up to 256Kbps, plus unlimited texts at no extra cost!" Just want to make sure that I am reading this correctly, I have free text and data while here? What if I make a call through whatsapp or FB? As long as I don't make a call through the local carrier then I should not have any additional charges, correct?
How to enable International Pass.
I purchased the 30 day International Pass. The agent gave the following instructions… When you arrive at your foreign destination do the following... 1. Turn off Mobile Data. 2. Turn on Data Roaming. 3. Restart your phone. This seems overly complicated and I can't find these instructions written anywhere. I'm planning a trip abroad soon and I'd like to know if I can use my plan for international data and texting. I've read that the T-Mobile ONE Military plan comes with 200MB of high-speed data and unlimited texting in Mexico and Canada, but I couldn't find any information on using it for international roaming in other countries. Can anyone who has experience with international roaming on the T-Mobile ONE Military plan share some insight? Are there any specific settings or apps that I need to enable or download to access international data and texting? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Roaming on or off for International travel with ONE plan
I have the ONE plan and am traveling Internationally, which gives me data and text unlimited. the T-Mobile website says "You may need to turn on or turn off Data Roaming on your device." Question 1: Under what conditions would I need to turn ON Roaming? Question 2: Under what conditions would I need to turn OFFRoaming? Question 3: What IS roaming? thanks
T mobile Scam for my international Plan
Hi, I have been using T mobile International call plan (USA, Canada and Mexico) since last 6 . The plan provides for free text and calls from canada to usa, within usa and Mexico.Eventually, the plan doesn't work until I refill my prepaid account with $10.I have done almost 100 of reharges of $10 as I was never provided a resolution. Every time I call them they tell me The text message was sent from UK and they also provide me number.Then I do 2 things: Check for the number and the contact was my realtor who has not been out of USA since last 10 years They allegedly tell me i might have travelled to Uk which i have never in last 10 years They then make up stories your realtor might have travelled to UK and sent you text and then you got charged (Making up all the stories) what should I do now ? How can i get refunded at-least and made some compensation.I have been ripped off so many times now
