Is there a way to turn off only the voice calls both inbound and outbound when roaming in Italy? I would still like to have the ability to receive and send text as well as use data. I looked at the different options on the T-Mobile website and there is not one to turnoff voice calls only. If this is not possible, can I setup call forwarding to another phone and not get charged for any inbound calls?3.3KViews0likes10ComentariosOverseas Travel: How can I avoid incoming call costs but still use free text/data roaming while abroad?
We're planning to travel to Europe later this year and would like to take advantage of T-Mobile's free international text/data roaming. However, I saw that incoming calls are charged at one minute even if you don't answer; per T-Mobile's website: "If your phone is on when you get an incoming call, even if you do not answer it, the call is charged one minute for delivery to the phone. (There are no charges if your phone is turned off.)" I get multiple robocalls/telemarketer calls per week, and I don't want to rack up charges for unwanted calls. Is there any way to temporarily turn off incoming calls or route them directly to voicemail to avoid charges? If so, what are the steps to do that?Solved39KViews2likes50ComentariosUnlimited International data pass

Before our account switched over from Sprint, international roaming worked as exppected. However, the last 3 trips (to Israel, France, and Switzerland) the performance of the voice and SMSservices havebeen poor. Some family members can receive texts, some cannot. Outbound calls rarely work. Inbound calls are hit or miss. Data generally works, although in France Orange seemed to intentionally slow things down through latency On the last trip, we spent over an hour with customer service to no avail Are other Sprint or TMobile subscribers experiencing this.45Visto0likes0ComentariosOverseas Customer Support
The overseas reps need better training. I've been with Tmobile for a very long time and have 7 lines. I've never experienced such a mess with customer support. Explained my issue 4times to 4different people over the course of an hour and was finally transferred to a manager, who I coached to get me the right plan. Manager was also an overseas rep. None of the 4 people could fullyunderstood what I was looking fornor could they provide a solution that solved my problem. I ended up havingto research and provide solutions for them. I also asked for a manager multiple times but was kept from speaking with someone until I stopped being so friendly. My issues: Why did we receive $54 of fees for international calling? I need to call to and from Ireland without paying per minute forone week for a single line. Two concerns, 1 hour. Every rep offered stateside calling, which only solved outgoing calls from the US to Ireland. They all repeated what I said every time back to me but incorrectly. Hopefully someone at Tmobile reads this and provides the feedback to decision makers. Where is the dedicated team of experts that used to make dealing with support so easy? I will leave Tmobile if this continues109Visto0likes1ComentarioInternational Roaming on Magenta Max Plan
Planning on an international trip that has Simply Global Coverage. Following are my questions/doubts: Do incoming calls get charged on cellular network (when abroad) even if they are rejected? (e.g. if the call is originating from USA/country other than USAand gets transferred to voicemail after rejecting) Same question 1 but when on wifi-calling and cellular network off? Can I temporarily turn off voicemail to avoid roaming charges? if yes how? Basically, I would like to still receive incoming calls while abroad (outside USA) and only get charged for when I receive it? Would be immense help if anyone has some experience with this?210Visto0likes0Comentarios
