Lost my phone, need new sim card to so i can keep my old number
I lost my phone and was hoping to have a new sim card sent to me so I can keep my old phone number. I'm currently on deployment in Poland, I plan on buying a phone here, and was hoping to have the sim card sent to me because I have heard that european tmobile stores wont be able to help me with the sim card here.
Travel to Spain: Will Magenta Max 55+ work?
Going to Spain soon - hoping to use the international 5gb data plan and 25cents/min that are included in the Magenta Max 55+ but when I go to check if Spain is covered on the Tmobile app - its says that T mobile doesn't operate there yet? Is that for real or is it a bug? I find it hard to believe that Spain is not covered …Says same thing for Portugal, andFrance …must be a bug.
International data pass calls dropped
Hi, Do you guys use T-Mobile aboard? I'm in Poland right now using international data pass. I have 5G most of the time on my phone and internet works OK, but calls show wrong phone number. T-Mobile told me to use WiFi calling, but when I call out to local numbers in Poland it does not show my phone number but random number from Germany, India, etc. Not even from Poland. Today, someone from US called me and on my phone it showed +31 country code.. Also, when I'm not in WiFi range I can't use WiFi calling and every incoming call is being dropped at exactly 5 minutes and 6 seconds mark. T-Mobile rep told problem with caller id name is on the receiving end which I don'tthink is true since problem is with phone number not name. Also, if he is right and number was incorrect on incoming call.. then it's T-mobile problem.. This is not the service level I was expecting on business account paying extra for data pass. 30-day International Pass added to Magenta Max plan
We just added a 30-day 15GB International Pass to our Magenta Max domestic plan. No where on the T-Mobile web site do I find a clear explanation of the terms of the international plan. I'd appreciate more details on what the plan includes. ¡Gracias!
Magenta MAX International Data 5GB Restrictions
Does the 5GB international data included in the Magenta MAX plan have any restrictions on the number of different countries in one trip? In other words, is it possible to use 5GB incountry A and country B, for a total of 10GB in one trip? If not, does the 5GB data reset every billing cycle?
