Currently travelling in Italy and upon arrival I received the standard welcome message "Your plan includes coverage that gives you unlimited data On Us now at faster speeds up to 256Kbps, plus unlimited texts at no extra cost!" Just want to make sure that I am reading this correctly, I have free text and data while here? What if I make a call through whatsapp or FB? As long as I don't make a call through the local carrier then I should not have any additional charges, correct?
international service just stopped working
Hi there! I have an international plan and my international plan just stopped working today. No service at all , even when back in a service area. Same thing happened to my mom who was on Verizon. Tried calling Tech Support but was on hold for more than 40 mins with no response . Any way anyone can assist ?
International 15 GB Pass for 30 days - for plan, or per line
Looking at the International Data Pass, it looks like it has to be tied to a single line, not the two lines that we have under our plan, is that correct? We plan on some international travel, and it makes no sense for it to be only one of our lines.
International Roaming on or off??
My son is traveling in the Mediterranean on a Navy Supply ship. It's not a cruise ship with it's own network. He could pick up different countries as he goes, but let's say Greece and Italy. Both of them are in the 215 country list. He has the Global Plus 15 GB travel plan that should be 15 GB data and unlimited calls and text messages. Does Data Roaming have to be on or off? I've gotten multiple different answers when calling T-Mobile! Very frustrating! Thank you for the help!
Do i need to have roaming pack to receive text message
I am confused with mixed reviews. So, i will ask straight question "If i just need to receive and read the text, do i need any roaming plans during international trips" P.S. Not worried about incoming/outgoing calls or outgoing messages.. only want to read the received messages.
