International Pass Ripoff
I signed up for an 10-day International Pass this morning. I overlooked the option to select a start date so it defaulted to today/immediately.I called Customer Support and was told they couldn't change the start date since it defaulted to immediately. This is unreasonable and poor customer service. Be careful of gotchas.
Prepaid top up with Irish card not accepted, but a random list of countries are accepted?
Hi, in the past I was able to use my Irish credit/debit cards to top up my T-Mobile prepaid account. This seems to have disappeared, and now there is a random list of countries whose cards are accepted for payment. My country, Ireland, is not on this list, although other Eurozone countries (Finland, France, Germany, Italy) are. Does anyone know why this changed, and is there any way for me top up using one of my own Irish cards, rather than asking a friend in one of the accepted countries to top up for me? how long does it take for my phone to show unlock status? I recently paid off my iphone through t-mobile. I am traveling outside of the country for military duty and need to get a local e-sim card. The T-mobile account shows the phone is unlocked, the t-mobile rep tells me it's unlocked, but when I go to my settings, it still shows it's locked. its been a couple days now, and I really need to get service in this new country.
