Arcadyan KVD21 5G which connectors for 5G external antenna
Recently, I moved from Comcast Xfinity Internet to T-Mobile. Like many of you I have seen videos and read articles on how to attach an external antenna. I have a 2X2 Proxicast MIMO antenna, however, there is some question as to which connection to use on the Arcadyan Gateway. Currently, I am using M and M1 connections. I mounted the antenna in the rafters (2-story house) aiming toward the T-Mobile cell tower. My cell metrics did not change much. 5G -RSRP -92 with antenna, -93 without; RSRQ -6, -7 without; SINR 16, 8 without What are you using and do you have a different experience? ¡Gracias!
VPN and Outlook
I just got T-Mobile internet. When I log onto Outlook and VPN my email disconnects. This used to be a problem when connecting to hot spot with T-Mobile and some how it eventually resolved. I'm going to have to return the Gateway and cancel internet if I can't get VPN access to work correctly. Frustrating because I only seem to have the problem with T-Mobile. Anyone experiencing the same problem?
Tablets do not want to connect to T-Mobile home internet
Hello, Just wanted to see if people are getting the same issue as me. Cut the cable cord recently and switched to t-mobile high speed internet. For the most part, so far been happy. The "devices' feature on the app stopped working but that's not a big concern. What I'm really wondering is why are my tablets not connecting to this wifi? Does it have to do with the encryption type being newer than my tablets (tablets are a little aged)? Or does it have to do with Wifi 5 or Wifi 6? I dont mind going out and getting a new tablet, but if that is the case, what am I supposed to look for with the wifi connection in the new tablet? We've tested other connections on the older tablets I currently own at it works fine. Any recommendations?
TMobile wifi gateway - Chromecast doesn't work and there is no fix?
My chromecast devices are not connecting to the T-Mobile Wifi gateway 5g during setup. I've tried resetting, resetting and they're not letting my devices set up on my tv. My casting options will not pop up either. I can't set up my devices or cast to my tvs. I've seen other issues similar but cannot figure it out. Can someone help me with this??
How do I access advanced routing features of the 5G High-Speed Internet Gateway?
My background is in software engineering and I'm currently studying network security. I would like to have access to advanced features on the Internet Gateway such as DHCP, NAT, Port Forwarding, DMZ, etc. I usually have to assign a static IP address to my printer to get it to work, among other things. How do I access the advanced features of the gateway?

Can't access home internet settings
I just installed my 5G Home wifi gateway (firmware 1.00.18). I am trying to access my advanced settings either through the app or the web ui but cannot. When I click onhttp://192.168.12.1/homeI only see the status page and a link for support, but no NOT see any advanced settings. The app only offers limited options as well. Where do I change the default ip range and other settings so that I can use this with my own router set up? I've looked online but nothing matches up.Nokie Gateway Sudden Packet Loss
I've been with T-Mobile Home Internet for about a year now, never had an issue with my ping and packet loss until recently. I'm wondering if others are going through the same situation? I have the Nokie 5G21Gateway running Firmware 1.2201.00.0313. I game often at home and makes multiplayer games unplayable with stutters and packet loss every 10 seconds. I also have Google Nest Mini set up to turn off lights around my place, it's been slow to respond around the same time as packet/ping issue. This is a replacement from two months ago, so this replacement is my 2nd one if that makes any difference.
