I was told that I will get $800 trade-in amount for my old mobile and adjusted across 24months bills for the new phone. So I gave my old phone and took the new phone. But in the first monthbill t was not reflected (aprox $33.33 credit should applied). When I asked they mentioned I need to wait for 2 bill cycles to adjust the trade-in amounts. After 3rd bill also it is not reflected. Now they are telling $800 trade-in amount was wrong and I will get only $200 trade-in amount. If they say this I wouldn't even took a new phone. My old phone is in perfect condition and working nicely. With this kind of false promise/offers they are giving me trouble and demanding the monthly extract amount ? Being a T-Mobile management request you to sort this issue and help me to get my $800 trade-in amount.24KViews7likes20Comentarios2 Phone numbers on ONE PHONE... possible??
Just had the wife waiton the customer service line for almost 40 minutes to find out the answer to this question… Does T-Mobile have a way to have TWO numbers on ONE Device? First rep had NO clue what shewas talking about. Second, manager, once she finally figured out whatwas being asked, first said NO. Then said yes, with an E-Sims Card, but had to be with a different carrier. Then couldn't help my wife as she wasn't the main on the account. So she waisted almost ONE Hour to Not have her question answered or to find out if it was possible and if it is, the process to get it set up. Please help a guy out and share if you know what the answer is and the process to for this. Thank you in advance.Solved20KViews0likes5ComentariosBlocked numbers and THEIR records
This might sound silly, however, my best friend's wife hates me. We have been best friends since Kindergarten, but I don't want him to call or text if it shows on the phone records. But if I call and *67 my number, will it still show up on they're phone records? Can you block your number when texting?20KViews0likes6ComentariosText messages not working between iphone and android
Text messages between all my phones are not working properly . It seemed like my android could not get messages from iphones, but now when i get one I cannot reply. I spent an hour at a t-mobile store with two techs. They sent me to call 611. I was working with them over an hour and a half then they tried to transfer me to Samsung support . They were busy so I waited for them to call back but we got cut off. When I need to get a text from a bank to log in I have to reboot . We are having trouble with A71 5G, galaxy s8 an iphone xr.Solved16KViews0likes11ComentariosRestricted line unable to make or receive calls
One line on my account has encountered an issue where it is unable to make or receive calls, but still has data & text capabilities. When trying to call the number we get the following automated message …"The service you're attempting to use has been restricted or is unavailable. Please contact customer care for assistance. Message TT204TX65." I have worked with T-Mobile tech support over the phone and spent hours in store trying to resolve but no one seems to be able to figure out how to fix. There are no parental restrictions present and apparently no other visible restriction on the account or line. The other six lines on the account are experiencing no issues. Tried to upgrade the line (currently an iPhone 11) to iPhone 14 recently and was hoping that might resolve the issue, but apparently this restriction is also blocking transfer of the line. Tried two different new phone units and spent almost 10 hrs over 3 days with online support & in-store but no luck. My Family has been scammed by T-Mobile! 1st mistake: In early November we switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. 2nd: Mistake: Fell for the so called "Free" IPhone 13 upgrade scam! I traded in/sent them my perfect condition i-phone 12 pro max for a i-phone 13 pro max and was told I would received $1000 in installment credits over 30 months I traded in/sent them my wife's perfect condition i-phone 12 profor a i-phone 13 proand was told I would received $1000 in installment credits over 30 months I'm now being charged$36.67- 15.50 credit for each phone. So being charged $21.17 for each phone per month. If you dothe math they gave me $465each for my phones. The promotion was $1000 credit on any I-phone 12! They lied! My local store employees verbally guaranteed we would get the full $1000 because that was the promotion! I'm still fighting to get the full credits. Next step is filing a complaint with Better Business and taking legal action filing aclass action lawsuit. If you've experienced something similar with this promotion they ran in Dec. 2021 I would love to here your comments.15KViews18likes55Comentarios
