Kicked off of Roaming while deployed
Hello all I am currently deployed to a location in the middle east, and I have the Magenta Max Military plan. Initially, I was able to use mobile data for roaming, but now it seems I have 0 connection and it constantly says "searching." My WiFi availability is VERY spotty, so I really am trying to rely on the LTE for text messages (for 2FA) and other things. I started to notice that whenever I was connected to a vodafone network, I would get kicked off shortly thereafter. My job requires me to have 24/7 availability by phone, so this situation is leading me to miss critical phone calls because I simply don't notice that I've been kicked off the network until I check my phone. What am I doing wrong here? I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S24. Now when I am trying to connect to the network (even after restarting my phone, resetting network settings, turning mobile radio on/off), I just see a "DENIED" status under Data Raw Registration State and Voice Raw Registration State. Please help, I thought I'd be able to rely on international roaming with T-mobile to maintain connectivity. I really don't have to have to purchase an additional sim card for the area.roaming charges while Deployed
I'm currently deployed on orders. I tried to talk to a customer representative about the roaming charges and how I am on orders and all I got was a $22 credit. The roaming charges are going to be well above that for my duration while I'm here. I thought T-Mobile waived these fees while on orders. Any help would be appreciated.

My brother is currently deployed with the Army for 9 months in Poland, and we have the T-Mobile military plan. It's very disappointing and disheartening that we are receiving bills over $500 for international charges associated with my brother just trying to call his family back home. I would think T-Mobile would have more respect and less greed for my brother being deployed and wanting to call home. 😞😞😞
