MLB.TV free offer for 2023 season?
Hello, I realize its early but is T-mobile going to offer MLB.TV for free for the 2023 season like they have done in previous years? I thought I had read somewhere that the agreement between T-mobile and MLB had ended but maybe that was for MLB network and not MLB.tv?
MLB TV - No access to games
I signed up for the free MLB.TV via T-Mobile. I've done it the past two - three years. I was able to watch one single game yesterday during opening day and since have been blocked from viewing in content. Etieher through my phone, computer, PS4 as well as an Amazon Fire stick. Each time I go to open a game, it says either "Video Error - try again later" or I get a message that says I don't have access to the content. Anyone else having this same issue?
MLB.TV 23 Not working after one week
So I redeemed my MLB.TV offer last Tuesday and it redirected me to my MLB app. When I redeemed it on there my Apple pay thing popped up and it showed the free T-mobile offer, I just had to use my face ID on my Iphone to redeem it. Everything worked fine until today 4/5/23 when I had no access to any of the games. I called MLB first and they said since I redeemed it with Apple pay to contact Apple. I contacted Apple and they said since it was an IN-app purchase to contact T-mobile to see if they can offer me a new code. I called t-mobile and finally after an hour of explaining my situation they gave me a new code for mlb.tv but they said to contact MLB to redeem the code. So I contacted MLB to redeem the code because there is no where on the mlbtv website to redeem it and they said I would have to redeem it on the Tmobile tuesday app but since the promotion is over they don't know how to help me input the code. I need help with my situation if possible or if there is a T-mobile Rep that has knowledge of this promotion and can help me use this code somewhere I would greatly appreciate it. I have always used this promotion since it became a thing and never had issues before.
