MLB.TV 23 Not working after one week
So I redeemed my MLB.TV offer last Tuesday and it redirected me to my MLB app. When I redeemed it on there my Apple pay thing popped up and it showed the free T-mobile offer, I just had to use my face ID on my Iphone to redeem it. Everything worked fine until today 4/5/23 when I had no access to any of the games. I called MLB first and they said since I redeemed it with Apple pay to contact Apple. I contacted Apple and they said since it was an IN-app purchase to contact T-mobile to see if they can offer me a new code. I called t-mobile and finally after an hour of explaining my situation they gave me a new code for mlb.tv but they said to contact MLB to redeem the code. So I contacted MLB to redeem the code because there is no where on the mlbtv website to redeem it and they said I would have to redeem it on the Tmobile tuesday app but since the promotion is over they don't know how to help me input the code. I need help with my situation if possible or if there is a T-mobile Rep that has knowledge of this promotion and can help me use this code somewhere I would greatly appreciate it. I have always used this promotion since it became a thing and never had issues before.

How can I get T-Mobile customer service to respond to my request for screen shot of redemption for MLB.TV from T-Mobile Tuesday
I work overseas now, then back in April due the promotion from T-Mobile Tuesday for free MLB.com subscription, I tried to redeem from T-Mobile Tuesday the redemption for MLB.com, MLB.TV, frommy iphone 12 Pro, but it never worked, then I called T-Mobile customer service many times and even with T-Mobile on the line I was patched through to MLB directly to explain the APP doesn't work. Then, apparently they sent an email which might have done into spam folder asking for proof of my redemption, I never received the email. meanwhile I inadvertently subscribed through Apple. I need to know who to contact at T-Mobile to obtain the screen shot showing that I attempted to access the redemption code in time, T-Mobile knows that I called and explained the APP didn't redeem the code and they confirmed me this week that they know this but when I called MLB.TV today they said I need approval from T-Mobile or need to show that I did try to redeem the redemption code in time for the promotion from T-Mobile. What a crazy situation for an APP that never worked on my iphone 12 Pro, onmy wife's iphone 8 also onmy daughter's iPhone 12 Mini. I need to obtain this screen shot showing that I did try to redeem the code in time and T-Mobile must have this code, I need T-Mobile customer service to acknowledge this and send me an email please: my private email: karljweaver@gmail.com They know that I did try to redeem the code but the APP just never worked. I'm very disappointed the t-mobile right now. I've been a customer for many years and look forward to the Free mlb.tv subscription every year. This year I saw nothing about the subscription offer (it usually appears in my Tmobile Tues app) until apparently it was too late. I called and spoke with customer service and there is nothing they can do at this point.This is the only "extra" I ever use from t-mobile. I've never be completely happy with t-mobile's coverage, but have not considered moving elsewhere until now because the overall service was good I think I will start looking elsewhere and will definitely not be recommending tmobile to anyone.
