My device:moto g stylus 5G (2022) I have been having a problem with my new Tmobile phone which can't receive incoming calls from other Tmobile lines nor from other phone services. I have done a warranty exchange, changed a new SIM card, and called 611 for four times to troubleshoot over the phone. None of the steps above resolve the problem. When I call the phone that has the problem, it automatically routes to the voice message, even when I have the phone turned on and sit next to the incoming call device, it still does not receive the phone call. I use this phone for work, and my supervisor is very angry that he can't contact me when needed because, again, it will route to the voice message and I do not receive any missed calls. What if there is an emergency and my family can't contact me? Can you please help me with this? I am paying a lot for the service, but I am on the brink of job loss because I can't communicate with my supervisor in a timely manner because my Tmobile doesn't receive calls. I recently got an insurance-provided Motorola One 5G Ace and would like to use LineageOS on it, but the option to enable OEM unlocking is greyed out and says "Connect to the internet or contact your carrier." I was able to enable this setting on another insurance-provided phone before, but I can't remember what I did to do it. I opted to give TMobile another chance about a year ago, and so far things were going fine. That is, until I purchased the Moto Edge 2022. I called in last week after dealing with dropped calls, volume issues, etc. All of the usual 'tech support' was done, and they offered to replace the faulty (per them) phone .. as long as I paid another $20. I refused. I felt like I was already nickled and dimed enough between the activation fee (which was my switching the sims cards) and such, and now, because I was sold a crap phone, I have to pay to replace it? Hi all, I have done some searching and found others with similar issues but none identical to mine so I am hoping to get some help. I recently switched from an older Moto phone to a Moto edge 2023. I just moved the sim card over, no update to it. The old phone also had 5g and the SIM card was current with that, but the new phone has 5g UC showing on the connection display as well. There are two symptoms I am having with the phone. First, the audio on calls drops every so often for a few seconds, then picks back up. This happens both on wifi calling and when I turn off wifi to continue the call on the network, but seems to be more frequent while on wifi. This symptom was present on the old phone as well and I had hoped that a new phone would resolve it. Second, sometimes when I send a text it says it was not sent and to delete or resend. I use the default messages app and have it set to turn on RCS chats but also to auto resend as SMS if it doesnt send. The only way to get the message to send is if I put the phone into airplane mode and then back online again. This trick works whether I am on wifi or not. Just turning off wifi, restarting, etc will not allow the texts to send but 100% of the time they will send after that airplane mode trick. I am hoping that my resolution is as simple as a new SIM card, but wanted to check here for any other ideas before I do that. I frequently get the following error message when sending text message: "Not sent. Tap to try Again". This happens WAY TOO often and is super frustrating. I have tried to restart my phone and power cycle with no resolution. Sometimes it can take a couple of hours and multiple "taps" to finally get the message to send. I have a Motorola Edge 2022.
