Has anyone been able to get Nebula VPN to work with Nokia gateway? Everything is fine until I fire up Nebula. Then for the work sites I need, I'm blocked …an immediate "not found". Not like it times out. It's immediate. All other sites are fine except those that require a VPN. I've seen that some past firmware updates have addressed some Cisco VPN issues but no mention of Nebula. It uses port 4242, and I keep wondering if that's somehow an issue. Weird thing is: if I turn of WiFi and use my phone as a hotspot, I'm golden. But with the Nokia gateway, nada. Anyone? Any help? Beuler? Thanks in advance.71Visto0likes1ComentarioTwelve (!) SSIDs. Why?
I understand why one might elect to enable either 2.4 or 5 ghz, or both. And I assume a third 5GHz would be enabled for mesh WiFi, if/when it becomesavailable. But why would I elect to enable/disable up to twelve different SSIDs? If its just my home LAN, and I basically just want traffic routed to the most efficient bandwidth for the device, is there a reason to disable all but two? Currently, I've enabled them all, but only 1 and 5 are broadcasting, bothwith the same name and password. The rest are hidden and have a different password. That would allow me to connect to any one of them if I had a reason. Aside from creating a guest network, whatare the reasons for enabling extra SSIDs? Are there reasonsnotto enable ones that arenotin use?432Visto1like3Comentarios5G Home Internet Service Equipment
I ordered T-Mobile's 5G Home Internet to test it out. It worked for about 45 minutes. To begin with, the Bluetooth-based setup didn't work at ALL, so I had to do the setup manually - which as a CHORE. And I'm pretty tech saavy. Then the Wi-Fi stopped working. The SSIDs completely disappeared. I couldnt' connect for beans. So I used the Ethernet ports to access the UI and got it working again. Then the Ethernet ports stopped working - completely. Both of them. Then the Wi-Fi stopped working - again. And the reset button never worked at any point after taking it out of the box. This thing is a total Finnish piece of crap. I've been on HOLD with the WORST hold music in the WORLD for almost two hours now. This has been the single worst purchase and customer service experience I've ever had with T-Mobile. WHen I finally get through to someone I just want to send this back and to port my service over to Verizon.1.9KViews0likes10Comentarios
