I paid off rest of my phone, an amount of 112, the bank processed and completed the amount but on T-mobile it is saying I still owe the amount and does not show I have paid it off in the activity feed. It's been 2 days. It says my phone is still locked even though I paid this. I paid the general bill at the same time and it is showing that in the activity. I didtwo activitiesat the same hour and it is not showing the second one.Solved1.3KViews0likes10ComentariosPaying off BOGO
Hi, I am wondering if anyone would know an answer to my question. I spoke with 5 different mobile employees over chat and 3 over the phone and received different answers. Seems like they have no idea. We purchased 2 phones with their BOGO special about a year ago. One device is being paid off every month, the other is receiving monthly bill credits. We are looking into getting new phones directly with Samsung and would love trade ours in. We want to pay off the phones. So we know that the one that is being paid monthly by us, can be paid off right away and will not affect the "free" device. We, however, would like to trade in the "free" phone as well and we spoke to mobile about this and received different answers. I understand the phone is locked and still have remaining balance (supposed to be 24 months so until November). BTW, it is weird they say it is locked even though I can put any sim card in it (including one from Europe) and it works just fine. Anyway, we asked about paying that phone off as well. Some representatives said we can and that the monthly bill credits will be applied towards the monthly bill - every month. Some, however, said it is not possible and if we pay it off, we lose the promotion benefits. Has anyone dealt with this before and would know the answer? I am getting frustrated by everyone telling me something else and claiming that's the right information.3KViews0likes9ComentariosSwitch and Save - Debit Card
Recently switched from Verizon to Tmobile. 5 total lines. We are waiting for the validation side of the Keep and Switch program. My question is - will the virtual pre-paid card only be used to pay back Verizon? or can I use it anywhere? so for example - Verizon charges me for the devices, they take the funds out of my account, I use the pre-paid Mastercards anywhere I like. Or do I have to use the prepaid card and contact Verizon to pay?84Visto0likes1ComentarioI give up, going to spend more at AT&T
I give up. I've spent many hours over many days trying to set up an T-Mobile account online and over the phone, it can't be done. If a PHONE company can't set up an account over the PHONE, without making the customer GO TO A STORE, then I can't work with this company. They keep saying the credit card was declined, another card also declined. You have to go to a store. I called my credit card company and there are no holds and nothing wrong and that T-mobile has NOT SENT ANY CHARGES! There is NOTHING TO DECLINE! Like so many others have experienced, the T-mobile payment system is broken again. I'm done. Yes, moderators, I know this has never happened to you, but somehow the Twitter experts can fix it. Right.75Visto0likes2ComentariosNot going to a store, going to call AT&T
I am not going to a store, I am going to call AT&T and pay more for an account system that works. If a PHONE company can't set up an account over the PHONE, without making the customer GO TO A STORE, then I can't work with this company. They keep saying the credit card was declined, a debit card also declined. You have to go to a store. I called my credit card company and there are no holds and nothing wrong and that T-mobile has NOT SENT ANY CHARGES! There is NOTHING TO DECLINE! Like so many others have experienced, the T-mobile payment system is broken again.51Visto0likes1ComentarioCan someone explain "Updated Terms and Conditions will take place May 15, 2023" in plain English?
Okay, so I read the summary about these changes, which include things like: "Most notably, the changes: Include additional details about our informal dispute resolution process, including what information need to be included in the Notice of Dispute to begin that process. - Is this "informal dispute resolution process" customer friendly or is it a bureaucratic nightmare where you can't win? And: "Provide more details about, and in some cases changes to, the rules and process governing any arbitration between us, including how the arbitrator is selected and what the arbitrator is permitted to do, our respective responsibilities for the payment of arbitration filing fees, and the relief that the arbitrator may grant." - Okay, what are the important details? Will the arbitrator be more biased against the customer? "Your account may still incur charges (that you are responsible for) while suspended and if your Service is reinstated, you may be charged for the reconnection." - This sounds bad. How bad is it? I don't know how to make heads or tails of all this vague information and I don't have time to read into all the fine print. From a third party perspective, are these changes in the terms and conditions a negative change, a positive change, a mix of both, or is it all largely irrelevant? What are the things I need to know as a T-Mobile customer?2.9KViews0likes4ComentariosFraude
So, as i am on the phone with Tmobile cust. service as igettexts about more new purchases, which wasi was calling. Fraud happening in real time. Rep said it was inside of a store. They would have had to had my phone numbers, ID AND my PIN in store. They even used my saved payment method to bring my bill up to date (due that day). Didn't think you could do that in store? Do they have app passwords too???? Tell me how they did that without ALL of my personal info? Also, tell me why i have not heard back from the fraud department for 4 days when i was supposed to receive a call yesterday? Tell me the truth about what was stolen, cause 3 times in 2 years, big red is looking awfully good at this point. 7 years and this is how you treat a customer?141Visto1like1Comentario
