Hi! I recently purchased a pre-paid eSIM for my iPhone XS Max, and I was able to successfully set it up and activate it. However, after a week abroad and having my phone on airplane mode and experiencing issues with my (Verizon) Primary line, I decided to remove the (T-Mobile) cellular data plan and reconfigure it. Is there any way I can receive a QR code to set it up again? I already tried using the T-Mobile eSIM app, and it said it would only work for activating new lines, not setting up already activated ones. Please help! Hello! I have the physical t-mobile SIM and I want to transfer phone number to my eSIM account / to convert it into eSIM. At the moment I have two tmobile accounts and numbers, is it possible to merge em? (both accounts are prepaid) I talked to the tech support - and every time I called I had a different information: 1st time i was told that in 24hrs everything would be done smoothly (nothing happened so I called again) 2d time I was told that T-Mobile doesn't support a feature to transfer the physical sim into the eSIM (when both numbers are tmobile numbers) before the first call I tried to reach a text support online - they also didn't resolve any questions and just said that tmobile doesnt fully support eSIM. What is the truth here? Is it really not possible? Also an extra eSIM question - if I want to use the same eSIM on a different phone, how to achieve it? Or it is impossible now to perform any kind of eSIM transfers? Thanks for understanding.Solved12KViews0likes12ComentariosPrepaid Plan: Whitelisted vs Data
Hello. I apologize if this question has already been asked and answered--I just couldn't find a satisfactory answer through a quick search or when calling T-Mobile customer service. I just signed up for a $10 Connect prepaid plan with 1GB of data. On the usage details (under data), I see both categories called "whitelisted" and "data" under category for the service of internet access (a copy of the usage detail is attached). Can anyone give me an easy to understand explanation of why there is two categories of "whitelisted" and "data," both of which really reduces the overall data anyway? One site (https://techshift.net/what-is-t-mobile-whitelist-and-regular-usage/) seems to indicate that "whitelisted" "doesn't count towards a plan's data bucket." I'm not sure what that really means or if it is even accurate since there aren't many similar explanations that I could find. Any assistance would be appreciated.Solved6.7KViews0likes8ComentariosPayGo prepaid plan no longer part of T-Mobile?
I'm a prepaid customer currently on a Simple Choice Mobile Internet plan. I used to have the option to switch between Mobile Internet plans and the $3/mo PayGo plan via the account self-serve portal, including for most of this year. I noticed within the past month or so that PayGo no longer appears as an available plan to switch to in the self-serve portal. I got curious if the plan was even available anymore, so I checked out the T-Mobile Prepaid monthly plans page, and noticed that the section that describes the features of the PayGo plan now link out to a PayGo plan being offered by "Ultra Mobile". So is the PayGo plan no longer part of the immediate T-Mobile umbrella? Does this mean I need to port my number out of T-Mobile to use the PayGo plan now?Solved6.6KViews0likes9Comentariosunable to add credit/debit card or set up auto pay
Soy un cliente prepagado. After the new My T-Mobile experience update I was instructed to re-enable auto pay. When attempting to do soon line I could notadd cred/debit card nor activate auto pay. Got this message "We are unable to process this payment transaction. Please visit a Retail Store to complete this transaction" Went to two retail stores, neither had seen this before andcouldn't fix the problem while I was in store.I had to pay with cash to continue service. An engineering service ticket was submitted and I was to receive a call back the next day, two days latter no call back. Sprint sucked and apparently nowT-Mobile sucks after they merged. After more than a decade of trouble free service this failure may end my use of T-Mobile. Has anyone else had to deal with this failure and if so hasit been resolved for you…?6.4KViews9likes23ComentariosWeb site won't let me add a payment method
I can't add a new credit card to my account when using the web site from a desktop computer with Firefox for Windows (v62.0). After logging in, I select Profile, then click Edit next to Manage Payment Options. I briefly see a Visa logo and Edit/Remove links for my current credit card, however the page immediately refreshes and takes me back to the main account overview page. So, from the overview page, I tried selecting the REFILL ACCOUNT button in the My Account Status section. That takes me to a page with options to Fund Your Account. There I clicked Use A Credit Card. Same thing. I briefly see a page with some credit card information and it immediately refreshes and takes me back to the account overview page. Finally, I clicked on View/Edit for the Auto-Pay Settings on the account overview page. Same thing... auto-refresh back to the beginning. It seems that this is happening because I'm a pre-paid customer. I'm at a loss to understand why they would prevent pre-paid users from managing their payment options online, forcing us to call Customer Service. I tried starting a chat session from the web site, and the support rep said "sorry, I can't help you with pre-paid account, you'll have to call them." What a waste of my time. Very frustrating, to say the least.Solved5.4KViews0likes12ComentariosHow to get my prepaid bill/receipt with my address?
