Ok. I have contacted my legal team (I work in the Legal field). And I asked if we can start a class action suit against TMobile for the dreaded challenge of these apps not working on mobile data being there is perk that if you sign up for a specific plan, you are entitled to music and not use your monthly data. Heck it's why I change from the 30 to 40$ plan... I have since opened 3 tickets. No resolution. I will say the work around is to use (Proton VPN APP is free) a VPN. Once you enable it, bam the music works on mobile data. You can disconnect the VPN and the music app still works. Now I also understand the APN hack to change to IP4 which does work but not 100%. But then your traveling at IP4 on all your apps... So the real challenge actually isn't TMobile but the actual music vendor not supporting IP6. So a class action suit would raise corporate eyebrows but in the end it's the fact of Spotify not on the IP6 level.334Visto4likes10ComentariosDoes my line only gel temporarily deactivated when I don´t refill my account?

The employees of the prepaid department do not seem to have a department watching over their interactions with customers. Every interaction with them is a struggle or a game. It feels like there is no one monitoring how they treat customers. They are free to lie, not provide service, put account security in jeopardy and so on and so forth. I tried filing a complaint, over the phone, with one of the alleged supervisors about a bad experience with some of the employees and the supervisor told me that although she filed the complaint, there is no reference number for the complaint that she could offer me. It did not make sense and it felt like she lied to me. I asked for any other way to find the complaint if not with a reference number, she told me there was no other way. It felt like she did not truly filed the complaint since she would not give me a way to go back to the case. Please tell me of an email or a non outsourced department that handles complaints from customers. If there is a quality insurance department overseeing them, that department is not doing overseeing them.183Visto0likes2Comentariosunable to add credit/debit card or set up auto pay
Soy un cliente prepagado. After the new My T-Mobile experience update I was instructed to re-enable auto pay. When attempting to do soon line I could notadd cred/debit card nor activate auto pay. Got this message "We are unable to process this payment transaction. Please visit a Retail Store to complete this transaction" Went to two retail stores, neither had seen this before andcouldn't fix the problem while I was in store.I had to pay with cash to continue service. An engineering service ticket was submitted and I was to receive a call back the next day, two days latter no call back. Sprint sucked and apparently nowT-Mobile sucks after they merged. After more than a decade of trouble free service this failure may end my use of T-Mobile. Has anyone else had to deal with this failure and if so hasit been resolved for you…?6.4KViews9likes23ComentariosGet a SIM card and phone number
Can Iwalk in to a T-Mobile retail store to buy a physical SIM card and open a prepaid plan/account without pre-order or appointment? My daughter is an international student going to San Francisco for college. How can she get a physical SIM card and get a US local mobile phone number from T-Mobile? What will she need to do that?2.1KViews0likes7Comentariosproblems with e Sim
Hello marek is my namefrom germany (German t mobile member) , i have the following problem and that is yesterday i bought a data package for $60 through the tmobile prepaid esim app as i am flying to the usa next week, after giving my credit card and the address of the hotel the purchase was completed. the transfer was shown to me directly and then the app showed me an error message with the code 505. i did not receive a confirmation email and was taken to the initial page in the main menu where i had to enter the data before, now the question for me is how to continue without having to spend a lot of money unnecessarily for the purpose of making a phone call.220Visto0likes3ComentariosPayGo prepaid plan no longer part of T-Mobile?
I'm a prepaid customer currently on a Simple Choice Mobile Internet plan. I used to have the option to switch between Mobile Internet plans and the $3/mo PayGo plan via the account self-serve portal, including for most of this year. I noticed within the past month or so that PayGo no longer appears as an available plan to switch to in the self-serve portal. I got curious if the plan was even available anymore, so I checked out the T-Mobile Prepaid monthly plans page, and noticed that the section that describes the features of the PayGo plan now link out to a PayGo plan being offered by "Ultra Mobile". So is the PayGo plan no longer part of the immediate T-Mobile umbrella? Does this mean I need to port my number out of T-Mobile to use the PayGo plan now?Solved6.7KViews0likes9ComentariosT-Mobile Prepaid : Cannot change billing address
I am having issues changing my billing address. I can change other info with no issues. I even contacted customer service who made the change, but it keeps going back to my old incomplete address. They had my proper billing address as they had sent me the SIM to that address, but it seems the account profile has a problem. I have since moved and need to change it. When I do try, the old address line is blank and only the city/state/zip are displayed. I believe this may be causing the update to fail. Since being on prepaid, it seems customer service is more limited. Has anybody encountered this issue? Any recommendations on getting it fixed escalation? Hi, I bought and activated an USA Prepaid e-SIM for a trip to NYC in April via the T-Mobile Prepaid eSIM app and everything worked fine. Now, I plan to visit the States again in July and would like to re-use this Prepaid e-SIM number (I just don't want to create a new account with a different mail address each time 😅). How can I refill the account and choose a new plan accordingly? It seems I need to login to a T-Mobile Account, but everytime I want to create one it says the phone number is incorrect. Is this even possible or is this prepaid number a one-time number that gets deactivated after the first chosen plan runs out? Thank you in advance.118Visto0likes0Comentarios
