Prepaid top up with Irish card not accepted, but a random list of countries are accepted?
Hi, in the past I was able to use my Irish credit/debit cards to top up my T-Mobile prepaid account. This seems to have disappeared, and now there is a random list of countries whose cards are accepted for payment. My country, Ireland, is not on this list, although other Eurozone countries (Finland, France, Germany, Italy) are. Does anyone know why this changed, and is there any way for me top up using one of my own Irish cards, rather than asking a friend in one of the accepted countries to top up for me? Legacy Pay As You Go Mysterious Random Outgoing SMS Messaging Charges
I am one of those who still have the legacy Pay As You Go. It is not my primary number but I keep it since I like the number. So, I almost never use it. I keep about $10 in it. Today I was trying to make a phone call and it said I did not have enough money. I checked my account and it was at 0 balance. If I look under Line Details → View Your Usage, it says "No records found." I left the Billing Cycle filter out. However, at one point, I got to the Transaction History screen (can't find my way back now), it had a bunch of "DomesticUsage", Outgoing, Usage Type: Message charges. It seems they are on random days and most were 0.10. The online rep: said that this meant I sent texts on those days said they did not keep records on which numbers the texts were sent to would not believe me when I told her I did not tried to sell me a monthly plan 😂 It seems others might have this problem too: https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/comments/158dw8l/my_mom_has_a_legacy_payasyougo_prepaid_plan_but/ and I have had an episode with them a few years ago that made me not trust their billing system. I ended up asking the Rep to disable incoming and outgoing texts and put more money in. Beware!
Unknown backend error message!
I am having the Unknown backend error message when trying to make a payment from may 1, 2024.I have use auto-payment for years. The system did not take the payment. I cannot make the payment online. T mobile customer support cannot take the payment over the phone. The IVR system cannot take the payment. Their customer service send me to the local store. The local store called their support cause they couldn't help. The store support couldn't help the store manage, to help me because the store employees and manager couldn't be verified by "their support". This is a mess! They treat prepaid like second class citizens. Their post paid service is not better either. I was about to change from pre-paid to post paid and realized they are even worse! I was promised a call back, and t mobile broke their promise by no calling back. Very disappointing! After 20 years being with TMobile.. is time to say goodbye and move with a better company.Can I pay for my phone number outside the US?
I am from Spain and I made a US phone number when I was there working. I am now back to my country but I still want to pay for it. However, the website does not load, I try to make the payment through my phone too, with two different cards, it is still not accepting my payment. I have tried different browsers but it is not working. I do not know what to do. Can I still pay for it being outside the US? Why is it not working?T Mobile prepaid account balance is too low
Even after refilling the prepaid account multiple times and having enough balance in my account, I keep getting this warning that my account balance is too low. Tried to talk to 3 different customer service representatives but they all have different solutions none of which has worked. Any suggestions what can be done? I dont want to go on a call for troubleshooting again.How does extending a payment date work?
Hello, I need to extend the payment date for my latest bill but I'munsure how it works. I don't think I can make a successful payment on time with the current payment date so I need an extension or I'll lose service (and then I really won't be able to pay my bill). If I can extend the date like a week or two, how does that work? I've looked at the ''Payment Arrangement'' options and it looks good so far but I don't know if I'm actually eligible for an extension or if I'll keep my service until the new due date.Also, will I be ableto go back to normal payments after this one? I don't expect to need another extension, it's just for this one payment. Thank you for your time.
