Hello, I had a phsycial SIM in my old pixel 4 and bought a pixel 8 a couple months ago. It gave me the option to transfer the SIM as an ESIM to the new pixel 8. I have a prepaid 10 GB plan for $40. Today I recycled some of my old phones and I don't know if that old physical SIM was still in the phone. So could someone technically use that one to connect to my network or account ? I did wipe all the data from the phone and I think it was off for at least 6 months. I also have the sim swap protection enabled now and that port out option or whatever it is called. I remember when the switch happend the old phone did not have any network connection. Just wondering if I need to do something here for protection.Solved225Visto0likes1ComentarioIs there a way to retrieve my prepaid balance?
Hello folks I ordered something that seems to be plan refill before I get a new sim card. And all the agents I've met say they can't technically help me find my old balance. I finally got connected to a prepaid department person, but she couldn't help. Is there a solution?Solved67Visto0likes1ComentarioPrepaid Unlimited Data 75$/months --> 2 lines = 2 sim cards
I e.g. we (my fiance and me) are interested in a Prepaid deal, that we can use during our 32 days in LA, Hawaii and San Francisco: Especially this deal: https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/prepaid-plans?brand=TMOPrepaid I claims "save with 2 lines" Unlimited Promo, $75/mo. for 2 line + taxes & fees Includes: Unlimited talk and text Unlimited 5G data Up to 3GB of domestic high-speed mobile hotspot data Texting to 215+ destinations while in U.S., Mexico & Canada My question: DOES this 2-LINES-option INCLUDE 2 physical SIM CARDS, so that we can both use the contract with 2 smartphones and 2 phone numbers and both have access to the same data package??? If not, what is the best option in order to get 2 sim cards and about 10-20GB each?237Visto0likes3ComentariosTravelling to USA from EU prepaid esim card

More than a year ago I connected to T-Mobile. Since then I have faced discrimination in terms of support. The phone app for my tariff does not work. (I have the most expensive prepaid plan)The application issues a notification of the type - only for postpaid plans. Chat support is also not available for prepaid. All that's left is a phone call. This is not always convenient. Hanging on the phone for hours trying to solve a simple problem. What if the person is disabled (mute)? Or he doesn't speak English at a good level yet (he's studying). Should all these people go to hell? Thanks. P.S.I've been hearing from them for a year now that they will "soon" provide support for prepaid clients in chat and in the application. The support structure itself exists and adding the ability to work with prepaid clients is a matter of, if not days, then months. I have come to the conclusion that this is being done deliberately. In order to force us to sign a contract for postpaid plans. Sorry for maybe bad English. Thanks to Google Translate. Thank you for your attention!97Visto0likes4Comentariosprice when mixing 5 prepaid plans?
We have a total of five lines on Verizon post paid. Previously have used AT&t post paid. T-Mobile is finally available in my area, I'm doing a trial on a 12 gig prepaid connect plan. It looks like prepaid has a 10 gig and two different unlimited options that can be mixed? But I don't find any online calculator to estimate how much it would cost. (The only estimator tool shows four lines all on the same plan) We would probably do three lines on the 10 gig, 2 on the lower unlimited. I understand these plans would be QCI 6. Currently AT&t and Verizon consumer plans are QCI 7 or 8 which stink.62Visto0likes0ComentariosPurchasing Prepaid Sim in Shop
We are making a roadtrip in the USA for one month, and arrive on April 1st on SFO. We are looking at the prepaid phone plan for one month on the t-mobile website, for three lines with unlimited data ($110 + $10 SIM starter kit). We need two e-sims and one physical sim, and we are unable to ship the physical sim to The Netherlands. Is it possible to collect or order the prepaid phone plans at a T-mobile Shop, e.g.T-Mobile Serramonte Center?Solved119Visto0likes1ComentarioSwitchign from prepaid to postpaid
Hey there, yesterday I switched my prepaid T-mobile service to a postpaid T-mobile service (Go5GPlus). They gave me a temporary number during the process but it has been almost 24 hours and my phone number still didn't revert to the original one. Since my bank account, credit cards, many online services etc. are tied yo my old phone number I really feel stranded already. Does anyone know how long does it take to revert to my original number and is there a way to speed up this process?127Visto0likes5Comentarios
