I have a legacy prepaid plan (Gold Member). When I added minutes to my account in Oct'24, the taxes & fees were 10%. Today, Nov 03 '24, or two weeks later, taxes & feesarealready ~20%. Literally, nothing changedwith my plan - so why taxes & fees went so drastically up for no reason?19Visto0likes0Comentarioswhy cant your service agent find my order information?
I placed my order for the home internet and I went to go create my T-Mobile ID of course I was metwith what many people have previously noted as a "dead end" because it kept asking for my telephone number thatI do not have throughT-Mobile and I do not want one I wanted access to their home internet because that is the most convenient one currently and was the home internet that had the best prices as well although I'm starting to reconsider Spectrum even though I have had zero service over the past month with Spectrum but that being said I went to go talk to a service agent about my situation and I was met with the dead end as well because they could not currently find my order information and I've given them the screenshot to my email that confirms it so can somebody explain to me why suddenly my information is not existent31Visto0likes0ComentariosKeep and Switch Fraud
Anyone else having trouble with TMobile meeting it's promises. Three attempts now to be reimbursed for iPhone through keep and switch program. I guess they think you will just forget about what they promise you to get you to switch from AT&T. Just a new form of Corporate hot checks….. worst customer service I believe we have experienced…7.8KViews21likes55ComentariosDevice 360 for apple is a rip off and pain
Ok so has anyone else had to deal with this much to replace a phone?? For the past 10-15 yrs through all different cell providers, I've still had assurant as the insurance in the past. It was nice and simple. You file a claim you pay the deductible. They send you a new phone you send yours back done not this time!!! So I went to file a claim and assurants web site through T-Mobile they tell me I'm eligible for AppleCare services ok something new (for me) so I get transferred to their site to file claims nothing worked like it was supposed to first I get told I have to pay full price for a replacement because it's so badly damaged so that's not right because why am I paying for this insurance if I have to pay all this money for a new phone anyways so then I start a chat with Apple and they told me I actually have applecare plus so they can do the replacement it's like 100 bucks I have an IPhone 13 Pro Max so he tells me there's gonna be two charges on my card. One is an authorization hold hold for the full replacement value of the phone and the second is the actual charge for the replacement so over $1000!!! Pay all that they mail you a new phone you sent back your old one and the authorization hold drops!!! OK what about people who don't have uh all that money to be held for days on end or just flat out don't have that much money so then they tell me the only other option is to go into an Apple store doesn't matter if you live near one or not you better figure it out!! in my case. The closest Apple store is an hour each way so it's not too bad, but this is my son's phone that he broke that he has to pay for. He's 17 he works almost full-time and goes to school. I have a life so we have to figure out when we're both available to be gone for a minimum of three hours, probably maybe longer!! Whatever we will get it done but the point is what if somebody doesn't drive and lives in a rural area or a smaller town Apple stores are only in big cities and they don't have that kind of money to be held?? I just feel like this is a lot of headache to be paying for every month. There's all these new insurance companies out here and honestly there's one that starts with an a they will cover your phone and up to 25 other personal items for less than I've been paying!! And you don't have to deal with the hassle of going anywhere. It's all done through the mail likes the way it used to be was just a deductible. I just feel like this is too much now expecting people to put down that kind of money or find a way to go to an Apple store, so in my case Assurant and T-Mobile lost a customer for their insurance that's a very big chunk of change considering that it's me and four of my children that all have phones!! I might have stayed if it was the way it used to be but not with all of these problems. I'm glad I looked into other alternative choices. Not to mention the person I was talking to with Apple said that I could get AppleCare plus directly through them for cheaper than through assurant or T-Mobile!! so I found a company I like the better because they cover other stuff but otherwise you're better off to just get AppleCare plus it's way cheaper I guess I want to say about seven or eight dollars a month. I might be off a few dollars but it's way cheaper than insurance through T-Mobile and they cover pretty much the same stuff!! Sorry for my super long rant, but hopefully it save some people some money to get the hell away from what their pitching!!1.3KViews1like2ComentariosConstant Errors with webpage
WHY on earth are there so many errors and "wires crossed" messages when trying to do dang near anything? Both on the mobile app and the web page browser. I can hardly do anything with my account and I don't know that customer service could help or not..14Visto0likes0Comentariosreimbursement problems
I want to express my extreme disappointment with T-Mobile. I used to have AT&T and never had any problems. Since I moved to T-Mobile, in just one month, I have had three significant issues. 1. Main Problem: I paid off $397.11 at AT&T to move to T-Mobile, and more than 30 days later, I have not received my reimbursement yet. I completed everything with the attendant at the Prosper, TX store, and even so, they have not sent me the reimbursement. I called the call center, and they told me I needed to send the bill showing the payoff. Obviously, I do not have access to that bill anymore since I am no longer an AT&T customer. However, I have my receipt from AT&T showing what and when I paid off, and I sent it to them today, August 6th, by email. It is clear that T-Mobile's process is a total mess because they are asking me again for something that has already been sent. 2. InternetIssues: The internet performance is poor. In Irving, Frisco, and the surrounding regions, the device is unreliable. You can't use the high-speed service. I really do not understand why they continue to advertise this kind of service. 3. Service Abroad: The service abroad is even worse. The partners that should provide service in Latin America seem to be the cheapest ones with the worst coverage. My question is, what kind of company is this? • Poor customer process • Poor customer service • Poor service both inside and outside the country I want my reimbursement and am considering returning to AT&T.93Visto0likes1ComentarioNot able to make a call.
Trying to make a call to my Father -no connection for a long time of wait. After several attempts called him on WhatsApp. It's nice, isn't it? Calledcustomer support. It was look like I was talking to the group of people, instead of one. Probably 10 of them sitting in the same room, you can hardly understand who you are talking to. Guys, you need to improve working conditions for your workers. After 5 minutes of conversation I've got a headache. Very disappointed.46Visto0likes1ComentarioHow can I contact the Fraud Department?
Does anyone have an unpublished way to contact the Fraud Department? This whole setup at T-Mobile is pathetic. This internal department exists that can deactivate an account on a whim, and no one can contact them. Customer Care can't get a hold of them; the number they used to have was deactivated. The store support teams can't contact them; the best they can do is open a case and wait to hear back. How is this acceptable when T-Mobile sells itself as the friendly, no BS carrier? I'm paid up on my charges (it's a brand new account), but my account was marked fraudulent in the middle of a porting process. You deactivated not only my T-Mobile services, but also terminated my old carrier's plan due to the port. I also have no guarantee as of now that I'll be keeping my number. Everyone I contact just quotes the standard "24 to 48 hours" response for fraud responses, but that's unacceptable. If you don't know what I'm talking about, pray that you never travel frequently or try to make account changes while travelling. T-Mobile will make getting basic cellular service an absolute hell.Solved36KViews4likes27ComentariosT-Mobile Hotspot Usage Bug with Tidal Streaming
I have been having issues with Tidal streaming on my Samsung S24 since February '24. I have determined that the data that Tidal is using to stream music is being recognized as "hotspot data" by T-Mobile. Each carrier billing cycle the T-Mobile system sends me a message stating I have hit my hotspot data cap. At that time Tidal becomes extremely slow and encounters buffering issues. All of my other applications work perfectly fine, I have unlimited data with my T-Mobile plan (Magenta Max55+), but for some reason, Tidal is using hotspot data or its data usage is being miscategorized as hotspot data. On my phone hotspot data usage reported is 0GB month over month. I never use my hotspot. Something weird is going on here, I am not sure if it is on the Tidal side in how it requests data or on the T-Mobile. I need help in having this issue investigated and escalated to the appropriate parties (Either at Tidal, T-Mobile, or maybe even Samsung). I have attempted to inform T-Mobile but they their phone support seems ill-equipped to handle uncommon technical problems. I am not sure if this will ever be resolved. I suppose in T-mobiles eyes this would be like a "P4" priority. Unless there is some security risk involved I doubt they will care.
