I enrolled in the 30Gb 90 trial that came preinstalled onmy Surface Pro 5g/LTE Laptop with but for some reason it never activated an eSIM on the computer. I called support 3 times for long times in an attempt to get it operational. After working on it for a bit on the 3rd call, they forwarded me to network services who told me that they do not offer this promotion for Windows butonly support phones, not computers even though the plan indicates "Windows" and I read to him off their web site the promotion! Here is what the show on their web site -https://www.t-mobile.com/news/network/t-mobile-delivers-free-5g-connectivity-with-the-microsoft-surface-pro-9-with-5g On the T-Mobile dashboard to indicates my plan as "Windows Mobile Plans 3 Month 30GB Trial" with 0Gb to 30Gb used. It is truly amazing how difficult it is to get a Windows laptop connected through T-Mobile and will not support this promotion.31Visto0likes0ComentariosT-Mobile AAA Year on Us Promotion Code: Not Working for Me
Anyone know the secret to get the T-mobile AAA Year on Us" promotion (one year AAA membership free) to work? I have Magenta 55+, so appear to be eligible for the offer. I used the link provided https://promotions.t-mobile.com/thanksbut clicking on it simply generated for me an error message "code invalid" (see below). A call to the T-mobile number provided took me to their call center (Philippines) but the nice person there had no clue how to fix the problem, beyond texting me a link that when clicked generated the same error message. Frustrating!4.5KViews2likes23ComentariosWhy do they get away with so many lies and dishonesty
I have lost count on how many ways, Tmobile has lied, decieved and stolen money from me. I am not alone on this matter and hope to find a class action lawsuit against Tmobile. All of the issues are journaled and it is time to go to court. Another question, you constantly hear that the call is being recorded for training purposes. Is this to teach employees how to decieve the customer? I have asked since the calls are recorded, why can't we listen the recordings of what Tmobile said to me. As usual, Tmobile cannot access the calls.204Visto2likes3ComentariosFalse Advertisment

My equipment bill supposed to be 1$2.50 instead of $54.45. can't show screen shots anymore because the app is unstable now and crashes. what happened to the chat room?33Visto0likes0ComentariosHave I been scammedon the $830 promotional credit?
Can anyone explain tome how the $830 trade in credit works when you upgrade your plan to the new 5G? Surprisingly,T Mobile can not and I still don't know what they gave me for my trade in value but it wasn't $830. The man in the store broke it down this way… pay taxes and fees on any phone, trade in eligible device, sign up for the New 5G rate plan and we deduct the $830 from your new phone choice. You pay the difference for 24 months. So for an iPhone 14 pro max with tax and activation paid up front,That leaves a $1099 for the phone minus 830 is 269. That is roughly $11 month for 24 months for the phone. So why is the monthly $20???984Visto0likes2Comentarios
