Free Hulu offer problem
Hi All, I'm hoping someone can help me figure out how to fix this. I had the free Hulu (with ads) offer working just fine. We used it for a few months, and then the Olympics started. So I upgraded my hulu subscription (from within the Hulu website) to Live so we could watch the Olympics that month. Then I went back into the Hulu subscription section of the Hulu website and downgraded back to the $7.99/month Hulu (with ads). I noticed that Hulu was going to charge my card $7.99 a month, rather than charging me nothing. I contacted T-mobile customer service, and they told me that I negated my free hulu offer by upgrading and downgrading like that, and that the offer no longer applied to my account. I'd have to upgrade to a new plan if I wanted the offer again! This was never explained to me when I set up my plan. When I go to the promotional web page where the Hulu offer is described, and I try to go through the process of activing the offer now, the page ends up saying "Sorry, you are not eligible for this offer since you already have another Hulu offer." So is there a way to reinstate my original Hulu offer so that it works again? Thanks for your help ahead of time!
Monthly charge for service not consistent
Since T-Mobile would not absorb the rate hike for including "free" Netflix, it now has ads unless you want to pay $8.50 extra per month. I chose to pay because I hate ads! Unfortunately, my monthly bill keeps changing month to month, a dollar+ or -dollar. T-mobile tells me it's because of the taxes on the $8.50 I pay for no-ad Netflix. They have no explanation as to why Netflix taxes change from month to month. There are taxes attached to every utility we pay but never see them changing monthly. Does anyone have an answer as to why this is happening?
Home Internet promo not honoring 6 mo Apple TV with Essentials plan.
I have had an Essentials Plan for a while and recently added Home Internet Service with the Bundle promotion.Unlimited 5G Home Internet Plans | T-Mobile 5G Home Internet The promotion below clearly states that Essentials plan with Home Internet includes 6 months of free Apple TV+ On Us. The agent who signed me up even sent a text message to claim the 6 month subscription. The redemption code in the textwas not recognizedby Apple TV site. When I called TMobile support to get a valid code, they are now saying that the Essentials plan does not qualify for the 6 month Apple promotion and that they cannot generate a valid code for me. The web page clearly saysit is included, but support says there is nothing they can provide. What are my next steps?
Can't get Netflix Promotion - Account "Mismatch"?
I can't get the Netflix promotion, even though I have Go5GPlus. I think there is something wrong with my account such that it displays that I have Go5G Plus on my account page (see screenshot 1) and when I click on my account, it shows that I have Netflix as a promotion (see screenshot 2). However, when I click on the Netflix promotion line, I get a screen that says "Oops….your rate plan is not eligible for this benefit…." (see screenshot 3). When I click on View my plan, it says I have the 5G Home Internet Plan (see screenshot 4). I think this may be related to the fact that I first signed up with T-Mobile for the home internet and then added on my phones later. Anyway, I've tried calling tech support and also going to the store, but no luck. I did have a problem with my voicemail, which was fixed, and I am grateful for that, but there is still this issue and I wanted to try this way and put in the screenshots so that people can see what is going on that might know how to fix it. I look forward to getting this issue resolved.
