I AM SO FURIOUS WITH BEING RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! Call every bill cycle and it never gets corrected!!! I traded in my iPhone for a free iPhone. Nothing was ever said about getting only so much for my phone. Free is free. The store manager scammed me and the reps continue to lie to me. They promise to credit me and it doesn't happen. I enrolled in the 30Gb 90 trial that came preinstalled onmy Surface Pro 5g/LTE Laptop with but for some reason it never activated an eSIM on the computer. I called support 3 times for long times in an attempt to get it operational. After working on it for a bit on the 3rd call, they forwarded me to network services who told me that they do not offer this promotion for Windows butonly support phones, not computers even though the plan indicates "Windows" and I read to him off their web site the promotion! Anyone know the secret to get the T-mobile AAA Year on Us" promotion (one year AAA membership free) to work? I have Magenta 55+, so appear to be eligible for the offer. I used the link provided https://promotions.t-mobile.com/thanksbut clicking on it simply generated for me an error message "code invalid" (see below). A call to the T-mobile number provided took me to their call center (Philippines) but the nice person there had no clue how to fix the problem, beyond texting me a link that when clicked generated the same error message. I have lost count on how many ways, Tmobile has lied, decieved and stolen money from me. I am not alone on this matter and hope to find a class action lawsuit against Tmobile. All of the issues are journaled and it is time to go to court. Another question, you constantly hear that the call is being recorded for training purposes. Is this to teach employees how to decieve the customer? I have asked since the calls are recorded, why can't we listen the recordings of what Tmobile said to me. I SWITCHED PROVIDERS ONLY TO BE TOLD AFTER THE SWITCH MY PREVIOUS PROVIDER WAS NOT APART OF THE LISTED PROVIDERS!!!!!! ON TOP OF THAT I WAS FORCED TO SWITCH MY PHONES DUE TO ISSUES WITH TRANSFERRING MY NUMBER. ALL THE RED FLAGS THEY HAD DURING THE SWITCH AND NOT ONE PERSON TOLD ME MY PROVIDER WAS NOT COVERED!!! I had two promotional cards for the same amount on each. The first one, I used ¾of the card, and the representative couldn't find it. So, we used the second card for less than ¼of the total amount. Then, it occurred to me, is it possible to divide a card between two separate payments? If it isn't, I need to pay this bill out of my account and save the promotional card for later! It sure would have been nice if the agent would have told me this, if it is the case. Because even locating the card was difficult--much less understanding if it can only be used one time. Anyone have this happen before - the T-mobile website is now showing one of the phones on my account with a completely different imei and model than what I opened the account with. I just submitted a keep and switch promotion 24 hours ago so I'm finding this ...very strange... and I'm hoping this is just a superficial database error that's not going to effect my keep&switch promotion. I have screenshots of every single page along the way of creating an account, receipts from opening the account, and screenshots of submitting documents so I'm positive I had the correct imei.
