I received an email last week, telling me I can get my $50 rebate. It gives me a link which sends me to a page that tells me to login either as a first time or returning customer. It accepts none of my information and the email does not tell me what that information is suppose to be. I keep getting this error message. I'm being told to go into my account, update my profile with a new PIN number so I can call the rebate people, but I cannot even do that because I keep getting this buffering all day: I cannot get a solution. A lot of stress for a $50 credit card!Solved2.9KViews2likes17ComentariosRebate Submission.
Anyone else tried to submit their documents for the keep and switch rebate and when they ask to select a line the drop down bar ends up being blank? I've refreshed the page what feels like hundreds of times and nothing ever pops up. I've called customer service multiple times and have made no progress. I'm not happy because I switched with the hopes of having this rebate pay off the majority of my phones, but now it seems like I'm going to be out $1000.Solved180Visto1like2ComentariosHow long do you have to stay with T-Mobile after receiving Keep and Switch rebates?
I started service with Tmobile in October 2022. Since then, I have been unhappy with the service in my area and surrounding areas. Works very well overseas. I received keep and switch rebates. How long do I stay with Tmobile to satisfy the rebate requirements? Does anyone know? I do not see anything in the terms and conditions of the rebate. ¡Gracias!Solved3.2KViews0likes5Comentarios$200 bring your number rebate
Signed up for ™ from Xfinity in February and was told of the $200 for each number we ported from Xfinity. Finally found out that we had to apply for the benefit and now told that it can take up to 8 weeks for verification of our application( 2 number). Anyone else been able to get this rebate and does it really take 8 weeks. Not sure why it wasn't immediate at time of signing.116Visto0likes0ComentariosRebate Website not Working
Hello, We recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. When we switched, we were told that we would get a $200 rebate for each line ported over. When I go to promotions.t-mobile.com I am able to enter our phone number (the one the account is set up under) and sometimes I can log in. However, once I either log-in or even just put the phone number in, I get a message that says "whoops, something went wrong". We have tried for a couple days at separate times but we can't get passed the log in phase. Is there something I am doing wrong on my end? Is there a phone number I can call to get this done? This is extremely frustrating because we would get about $1000 in rebates and we have a time limit to submit the claim.292Visto3likes2Comentarios
