I have some phones on prepaid plans for relatives. I will be needing to cancel them soon. A couple of them have balances in the accounts. I canceled my T-Mobile Account in the month of September 2019 -October 2019 i got a return label kit to return wifi cell spot router -November I returned the WiFi cellspot router to T-mobile using provided return label via UPS Tracking # 1ZY7948A9094594071 -very next day before delivered i got charged $105 from my bank account for non returned device charge -Contacted Customer Care and requested refund and canceled auto payment since i dont have any due. -followed by several calls to CC to get refund they said they unable to track the wifi cellspot router IMEI 000000665134755 from their return center but they agree they received the device as per tracking number -again several followup calls same thing every time i get some kind of complaint tracking number i lost some but i have few # 42423789 # R072776253 Refund # 290664125 Equipment Search # 43219348 But there is no refund or call back happens i only calling again and again no solution every time i get same answer. suddenly last time around Feb i called CC representative said they can't able to locate my account from their DB system so they can't able to verify because of that they refused to provide any info. insteed they found my old account witch i was joint family line with other person But last one i'm the sole owner of the account and i don't have any additional family members. i don't know how to get my money back looks like T-mobile employees unable to handle my request and they intentionally removed my account from DB its a Criminal activity and i was f#@$# tired of calling them for f#$%# 105 usd Not sure what they going to address this who's responsible for this issue and who else i can contact to resolve no idea god only know what the hack happens with my account! terrible alterable experience and i was with tmobile several years and spent 1000's of my hard earned money finally i got f@#$ upSolved2.5KViews0likes6ComentariosGlass screensaver issues
I purchased the S9 around mid to late April, can't remember the exact date, but I was kind of pushed into buying a case and cover to "protect my investment" which is all fine and good, but for over $100, I'm disappointed to say the least. The case is offered at other merchants for $10 or so. My fault for not shopping around first, I get that, but the $59.99 glass screen protector had the first major scratch in less than a week. Now there are so many scratches, it gets in the way of actually viewing my screen. I am wondering if T Mobile will accept this as a return? Obviously, it can't be resold, but I feel a bit betrayed on this. Yes, the actual screen is being protected (I hope) but my $1,000 phone looks just like the one I had, except that the scratch on my S6 was tiny and only visible when looking for it. This phone looks awful! Even my 3 year old commented on the scratches. Are these things supposed to be this prone to scratches? I keep my phone in my purse so I guess maybe my keys were the culprit, but I'd just rather not have the screen protector and my $60 back. Hello I am very upset and disappointed by the customer service we have received regarding this issue. We have our account on a military suspension while we are overseas, but we were still paying for one phone back in the states for my sister. Once it came to closing the phone line we closed the phone line but for some reason Tmobile opened my military suspended line and had been charging me for months until I caught the charges. Now they had been charging for about 7 months and it came out to ver 500$ that they took from my account for a line we never authorized for them to open and a line that had never been used. We have opened MULTIPLE investigations Since the middle of July and have received no response regarding our issue. We are very upset and highly disappointed with the lack of communication. i have over $190 remaining in my pre-paid acct. & the money simply disappeared afterwards. I'd have no issueusing the remaining towarda purchase of device or some sort, but it just simply disappeared. This term non-refundable term is a complete scam. So ihave been having some sever connectoion issues with the s 22 ultra. I can not make calles ( even to911) I can not receive calls, and maybe 1 in 15 messages end up sending. I have reset the network, hard reset, soft reset, connection manually, factory reset, and have traded in one s 22 ultra for a new one and I am having the SAME issue. This is absolutely ridiculous. I went in store to suspend my line, and they representatives told me that I need to call T-mobile to suspend my line. So I called them and put my suspension date as June 10th. They never suspended it so in July I called them and the representative told me that it's taken care of. This month I'm still not suspended. I'm already overseas so every call back to the US is expensive. Why is it so difficult to suspend my line? I ordered internet service on 05/10/2022 and received equipment on 05/17/2022. I used the internet maybe 2 days and I cancelled andreturned equipment on 05/19/2022. The T-Mobile received returned equipment on 05/25/2022 and they told me the refund credit will process 5 - 7 business day which is before my payment due date 06/07/2022. But the credit was not processed until my payment date, so I paid full payment even I did not use the internet service. I called them and complain about the credit and they said, 'I don't know why the credit is not processed and I will process it now'. Are you kidding me? I called T-Mobil twice about the refund and confirm the credit before my due date but it's not correctly processed on time. How it possible even T-Mobil doesn't know the credit is not processed until I called them today. My T-Mobile package was undeliverable so it was sent back to T-Mobile. Ups lost the package in the mail so T-Mobile filled a claim with them. Ups sent the claim to T-Mobile but T-Mobile has not done anything about it and do not want to refund my phone until they receivethe phone. But the phone was lost in the mail. It's been over a month and I have not received a refund. I call T-Mobile and they keep saying 5-7 business days that they are escalating my claim but I called back today and they said a claim was never put it. I don't know what to do anymore.
