removing phone line
9 Topicsleaving family plan (owner of account)
Hi I'm the owner on an existing family plan and I'm wondering how it'll work if I leave. What happens to the second line? Currently on a simple choice plan with 2 lines. I know I need to be mindful of when in my billing cycle I leave, port my number over etc, but I'm really more so interested in finding out what the other line can expect to happen. How does tmobile adjust their billing when the primary account holder leaves? Any help would be much appreciated.4.5KViews0likes6Comentarioswhat i could do to remove a line
I now have two phone numbersand it is a new month to pay. Since I do not need one of the line, I decided to remove it. However, my residual amount is too low to have a call, but I hope to remove one of the phone number before I pay this month's amount. What should I do and where I can find the customer team to chat or text with?111Visto0likes1ComentarioQuestion About Removing a Phone Line
I have three phone lines and one wearable. I no longer have a need for my first phone line. If I were to cancel my first phone line what would happen to my plan and services? My plan is Magenta Max and in billing it says my first two lines are included and my third line is $35. Would the third line become included? Would I also be able to change it to a tablet line?Solved7.1KViews0likes2ComentariosEliminar una línea
I'd like to remove a line, please. He no longer lives with me and has a different phone and phone plan altogether. His phone is paid off, he's simply paying for it to just be active/leasing it, but isn't even using it anymore, therefore I'd like it to be deactivated/removed altogether please.Solved11KViews0likes2ComentariosDivorce and changing ownership of phone lines
Greetings! Looking for a little advice. Am entering into a divorce and my soon-to-be ex and her two kids lines are on my account. She will want to take ownership of them when we separate all property and bills - can I, and if so how do I, transfer those lines from my account to an account she would own?15KViews1like4ComentariosPorting out of family plan
I am currently on a family plan and will soon be leaving T-Mobile to join another provider. I've read other threads and am aware that I will need to do a "Transfer account or line ownership" with the account holder. However, will I need to stay with T-Mobile for an additional month before I port out? I've also read that T-Mobile doesn't pro-rate for cancellations. If I do, I am thinking about doing just Unlimited Text and Talk for that month although I am an avid data user. It's just seems like it's the most cost efficient option for me. I'm hoping someone can tell me I'm wrong! TIA for your help.Solved9.9KViews0likes13Comentarios
