Reporting Spam Phone Calls
Does T-Mobile collect known spam phone numbers? We've got all of the scam block / protections activated but some calls still get through. We routinely never answer calls from numbers not in our contact list, but sometimes we get several calls from the same number or very similar numbers. Using resources such as usphonebook.com, whitepages.com, nomorobo.com we can deduce when a number is very likely a spammer or scammer trying to get us to just pick up. My question is this: does T-Mobile accept input of folks reporting these numbers? Collecting such information could be used to develop more effective blocking. If yes, how do I go about reporting these numbers? thanks, - Bill

I got a fake call from t-mobile, where do I report that? No, I'm not sitting on the phone on hold to do so.
I got a phone call from a number that does not check out as t-mobile's, they're claiming to be from sprint/t-mobile. I don't care to dig through all the forum rules to know if I can post the number here, so I won't. Is there an email, chat service, or any other web-based means to report these events? Please don't tell me to download the app, I'm not interested in bloat.
