I just got a new Galaxy FE watch and it does not pair with the Wearable app on my phone. My phone is a Galaxy S9 - Android version 10.0 (meets the requirements). The wearable app on my phone cannot find my watch. My watch states that my phone must have the wearable app which it does. I have uninstalled, installed, uninstalled etc with no luck. Bluetooth on my phone DOES find the watch. However when I try to pair them, the wearable app then states, "Galaxy Watch FE not supported. Not supported for the current version of your phone software. Check for an update, then try again." However,my software IS up to date on my phone and has the minimumrequirements of Android 10 to be compatible with the watch. I tried contacting Samsung support and they were clueless. So now I am stuck with a watch that does nothing. Can anyone please help me?12Visto0likes0ComentariosGalaxy Watch Outbound Number
When away from my phone and calling out on my watch, the number the person I call sees is not my cell number but the watch line number. I am told by TMobile that the outbound calls will always use the watch line number. This seems ridiculous as now people will have two numbers for me. Has anyone encountered the same issue? Is there a work around?14Visto0likes0Comentariosdata plans for smartwatch
i know everyone said you don't need a data plan for your smart watch. But what I want to know is will the health statistics work without one. For instance, I need to keep a log of my heart rate, ecg, etc. all the info for health and heart, etc. will all these functions work properly without a data plan and without having my phone with me? Because if not, it seems to me I could just run an app on my phone to do all that seeing I would have to carry it around any way. I have no clue about all this and I am sorry if the question is redundant.Solved181Visto0likes4ComentariosSamsung Watch Ultra locking up. Help please?
My watch out of the box will completely lock up and become unresponsive. I will have to hit and hold the "home" button and it will restart. I cannot use tap, tilt, or a button press to wake it up it has to restart. This happens every 5 - 10 minutes with or without the AOD on. When it is unresponsive it also will not charge and it will still drain the battery so it is actually on.I've factory reset the watch twice and it still has the same problem. No apps installed besides the pre-installed ones, no extra watch faces either. It does it with the watch disconnected for the phone, too. And with the radios turned off as well.20Visto0likes0ComentariosGalaxy Watch 5
Back in September 2022 I went to T-Mobile to order the Galaxy Watch and I am 99% sure that during the time the watch was on sale or maybe it was a promotion going on for it. I walked in the store and told the sales rep that I wanted the Galaxy watch and when asked which one, I stated the one that was on sale. They immediately knew which watch I was referring to. I just found out that I did not get the watch for the promotion/sales price but I am paying full price for it. When I spoke to someone about it, they had no idea what promotion I was talking about because they can't see any of the past promotions and so I am stuck paying the full price for the watch. Do anyone know which promotion was going on at that time? Maybe with a little bit more information, I can get a discount on the remaining balance.135Visto0likes9ComentariosGalaxy Watch 5 burning skin?
Has anyone else experienced a Galaxy Watch (mine is 5 with LTE) sensor burning skin? I had my first ever Galaxy Watch delivered last week and have been moderately using it since then. Last morning I found a blister under the watch right after I woke up. Prior to this, I had used an economic wrist band for over 4 years and have had no problem at all, even though it had a sensor to calculate various health points too. I wasn't expecting something like this from a best of the line watch from Samsung. And this is when, the watch was in "Power Saving" mode the whole night, had Heart Rate monitoring enabled every 10 minutes, Stress disabled (manual), and Blood oxyzen during sleep disabled. The watch was connected to phone, and was in DND mode. This and the extremely low battery life makes this watch so undesired and am thinking if I shall keep it or return it.883Visto0likes2Comentarios
