Ok here's what is going on... I have pretty good signal almost full 5g bars most of the time down to where it drops to 4g lte at full bars. From time to time every couple hours I lose connection to the network where I can't text no apps work etc but usually I can still make calls just fine while this is happening. It only lasts 1-2 minutes sometimes or it may be out 15-20 then all of the sudden it's back to normal like nothing ever happened. It may go right back out again in 2 minutes or it may not happen for hours. Also it only happens on my new galaxy a32 not on our old galaxy j7 or prime whatever it was or on the older LG phone both of which are still being used on this account and same house at same time but they have no issues with connection ever. They aren't 5g either so I figure 5g has something to do with it. It just really gets old when you can't finish a conversation or get directions because internet/network connection just stopped. What can I do? All my connection settings are set how tmobile and other people have said they should be. I don't have Wi-Fi so I'm set to always use mobile data. What now? Or will I just have to suffer through. It's prob just some tmobile network problem that's with the new 5g. There's a group ABOVE my favorites in the contact section of my text messages that's called "Chatbots" with a contact called "Search for Chatbots." When I click on it, I get a warning that it's a T-mobile product, not a Samsung one, then it brings up a search feature which doesn't seem to have any results. How do I get rid of the voicemail notification on my Galaxy watch? I have gone through my voicemails on my phone and deleted them all. I tried calling the voicemail from my watch notification and it just hangs up without calling. I even tried calling the number for my watch (which does not work). And the notification is still there...3 months later. At this point, it is just annoying. I have no voicemail and can't delete the notification on my watch, it says "Received on Watch" so nothing on phone's voicemail makes a difference, and it does not clear when I clear all the other notification on my watch. This issue with the "T-Mobile app keeps stopping" has been going on for many months. About a month ago, I found out in this forum that t-mobile was aware of the issue & was working on it. It stopped for awhile & started again a few days ago. This is beyond annoying. I have tried everything I could think of - uninstalling the app, updating the app, reinstalling the app, rebooting after doing anything new, etc. At times my phone is almost unusable because the message pops up when I am trying to do something crucial - like making a payment to a medical provider. This can't be that difficult of a fix. T-Mobile - your response to this issue is unacceptable. When are you going to fix this issue permanently. So I bought a new samsung a71 5g from the tmobile store almost 2 weeks ago. Love the phone overall but the signal is getting me under 3mbps download and maybe 5mbps upload speeds in places by old phone was pushing 30mbps. Also the wifi calls drop all the time and then data service goes in and out. Here is a photo showing full 4g bars at Ontario airport for example and there is no network connection. Is this a known issue for this model, is there a fix coming? Samsung Galaxy S9 Black Screen except a few lines on the top
Weeks ago, this weird thing started happening where, if I turned on my screen immediately after it turned itself off, only the top few lines would be visible. The whole screen would take input, but you could only see a little below the status bar, maybe. If I waited a bit and then turned the screen on, it would work normally, with the whole screen visible and looking fine. It got progressively worse to the point where this happens most of the time I turn the screen on. However, I've found two workarounds: 1) My Always On Display is set to turn on when I tap the phone. If I do that, the AOD works as normal, and if I then turn on the phone screen the phone screen works fine. This only works when Always on display is set to turn on on tap. It does not work if AOD is set to always be on. 2) If, when my screen is glitching out I hold the screen up to a reeaally bright light (like inches from a lightbulb), the rest of the screen turns on. It's weirdly green tinted and kind of stuttery. Turning off automatic brightness does not fix this issue. If tried booting in safe mode and even factory resetting the phone and reflashing the firmware manually. Issue still persists. I guess it's a hardware issue with the screen. Samsung phone support was unhelpful and their closest physicai location is several hours away from where I am in Maine (and I'd feel a little funny going in there anyway, given the pandemic). They eventually suggested I take it to Best Buy, and when I called Best Buy they said no, call Samsung. This seems to be happening to a lot of people. The best fix I've found is an app called OLED Saver. It's not perfect, the scree looks a little weird when it kicks in, but it's at least usable. Has anyone else here had this problem?
