I have an S9 with no cracks, scratches and fully operational, on a plan that is no longer offered byT-mobile (Simple Choice Family). If I upgrade to GO5G Plus and trade in my S9 does that qualify me to get the S24 ON US with $800 off promo? Has anyone taken this deal and then find out the phone costs more than they were thinking?
issue with Samsung new watch pre order.
I recently made a purchase, taking advantage of the promotion for the new Samsung watch. I pre-ordered the watch on the 25th, and the shipping date has passed. However, the order status still indicates that it is being processed. I have attempted to contact customer service via phone but have been unable to obtain the assistance I require. Declining the trade in option
Hi so I'm getting a new phone and I declined the offer of tradein And getting a $1000 credit And decided to just keep my old phone And still get the new one The only reason why I decided to keep my older one even though I'm not going to be using it anymore is because it was a note 20 Ultra and they don't make notes anymore But now I'm questioning if I made the right decision And should I have just did the trade inoption And get my new phone plus The a $1000 credit Also what kind of credit is it? Also Can I change my mind and go with the trade in option after already declining itAnd have already ordered my new phone?
Unable to Preorder S24 through Samsung
I get the dreaded "Your account type is not supported on Samsung.com. Please see the non-supported account types listed on the page." I have a normal Magenta account that is not, government, employee, prepaid, past due, or any of the other possibilities mentioned by the error. I have also had this exact same account setup for years and years and have no problems doing this same upgrade in the past. I have been going round and round with T-Mobile and Samsung support and both say it's the other's issue and are unable to provide any assistance. It's extremely frustrating. I've been such a loyal supporter of Tmobile for so many years it would be nice if they could provide even bare minimums of ethical and helpful support. I am attemptingto take advantage of the pre-order special for the Samsung Galaxy S24Ultra directly from Samsung.com because their offer is better than T-Mobile. Samsung.com is offering the same trade-in credit as T-Mobile but additional credits towards aSamsung Galaxy 6 Classicwatch and Coverage. So purchasing directly with Samsung.com is the far more lucrative route to go; however, despite the fact that I have a normal T-Mobile Go5g Plus plan, the Samsung website still keeps rejecting my attempts to complete purchase with the followingerror message: "Your account type is not supported on Samsung.com. Please see the non supported account types listed on the page." To reiterate, my account is not any one of the exempt types listed on that page and all of the rest of our phones utilize carrier finance without issue. Can someone please assist in trying to resolve this issue? ¡Gracias!
Samsung S24 trade in
We bought 3 x Samsung S24 phones (2x plus, 1x ultra). I'm trying to get organized for the trade in. First, I could not find the trade in information or the labels anywhere. Now on 1/21 I got the 3 items below under my "my order history" tab on the website. Clicking these allows me to print off the trade in labels. But how can I figure out WHICH labels go with WHICH phones I'm trading in? The app doesn't work at all, in the app clicking "print trade in label" just doesn't work at all. In the past, I remember being able to clearly pick a line and print out trade-in instructions along with a shipping label.
Can't Upgrade to S24 Ultra with $600 off promo
I want to get that promo for $600 off, but it only appears when adding a new line. I can't replace my existing line with it? Do I have to add a new line with the phone and cancel my current line or would that invalidate the promo?
