This December i have call on customer service just asking them unlock my samsung 23. The guy onthe call said that there is a holiday promotion goin on and you arequalified for it . Promotion was suppose to be since i had two lines on my account if I add the "3rd" line on my account i will get the third line for free and 830$ off towards any phone purchase . I said ok i was thinking to add another line on my account so why not , so i took the offer . And ordered a new iphone 15 pro Max 256gb and the next month guess what happened? I got billed for the line and the phone in total of 100$ and from the last 5 months i m getting billed the same till now . I called the customer service more than 10 times they still dont be able to figure out anything as of now . And still i m gonna get billed next month also never goin have t mobile again once this is all over

Hi team, My Line is suspended. Please explain me, How is it possible that my bills include calls form Indonesia or something? Me and my husband have never called to Indonesia, we won't pay for it because we have never called toIndonesia or anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I saw the calls reportand I do not understand how is it possible??!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm reallysure that is scam!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I won't pay for it! Please figure out with it. Gracias.

the fact that the team that you all have in the Philippines have a communication barrier that it's so hard to talk to them and we get frustrated and they tell us about there whole life of living poor and have to pay for all there family members wife in-laws and it’s so hard for themand it's a poor country that's why T-Mobile is there also a supervisor has or had control over my phone and would turn it off every time at 2:00 like shut it down and I have there names there real names they gave me fake names also promised me free phones and are over charging me why why are they doing this I can't connect to anybody in the USA even tho I live in California it's upsetting I’m also disabled that I need this phone to get ahold of my nurses asap and I’m also so scared of my phone being with T-Mobile for 12 years I have never felt so scared and so afraid and frustrated in my life what do I do T-Mobile contact me asap please or please someone help I don’t know what to do

Aguien le paso? que puedo hacer? hace 3 dias llamando a Soporte , el agente me ofrecio cambiar celulares por nuevos equipos, no realize el pago con el y el me derivo a tienda. cuando fui a la tienda me dijeron que los cambios no procedian porque basicamente el agente por telefono me mintio. todo quedo grabado, pero ahora me dicen que solo fue una mala informacion del agente.

I received a text message from "T-Mobile" stating that they've received several complaints about my phone sending spam txt messages. I panicked and clickedthe link. It took me to a "T-Mobile" page that was red and alarming saying that my account would be deactivated and I would incur expensive fees if it wasn't fixed. Then took me to achat page where they claimed to scan my phone and saidthe messages below came from my phone.Then said myphone has been compromised and sent me to a malware site.The messages are below.T mobile buy one get one free scam
In Agusut 2021, I purchased 2 iphone 12 pro max phone. The deal was buy one get one free after I paid the taxes and fees. I was also forced to add another line which I didn't need but was told that was part of the promotion. I have several lines with T mobile and they have been charging me for lines that have not been in use for over 2 years. I just noticed it when I was auditing while my phone bills were so high. It also turns out that the free phone sold to me during the promotion is not free at all. To make it even more confusing and hide their fraud, they applied the discount to the main number instead of the 2nd one. Even their own representatives don't know how to explain the mess. T mobile owes me more than $500 in charges for services they did not provide. I get crappy service and have been complaining for years. In many places around my community, I do not get service at all and I'm fed up. I want to switch to a new carrier but now they tell me I still owe on the deives and my phone is locked. I'm asking them to credit what they owe me to my account balance and release my phone from the lock so that I can move on and that has been a problem for them to resolve since March 2023. I just want credit for the payments I've made on unused line in the last 2 years back. Also, I want them to honor the buy one get one free promotion and refund any over payment.
