Does anyone have a way to contact TMobile corporate offices? I need to file a complaint already went through all the supervisors with zero help. If anyone can help out I would appreciate it otherwise I have to file a complaint with the BBB. I am going to the small claims court ! The fcc and the consumer protections office . bill is almost 500$ for last 2 month when it should be 271$ or lower but they trapped me and refused to honor the promo I should of had day one - after me spending close to 2000$ I got nothing from these guys ! Smoke to all supervisors who says kill bill is over but refuses to help or accommodate me - at this point this is very criminal and something will be done - pls contact me direct and let it be with a fix to this situation - lady was fire who was in store - had pones for over a month with no promo (that was agreed we go in store) - I said no insurance it was changed without my agreement (both my promo , plan, and insurance ) - free equipment light glass screen protector and chargers suppose to come deee with phone .. - for some odd reason I'm being charged for everything - even the phone that I was suppose to get "on us" for porting in my number ! I don't know if it's racism n discrimination or what but this is absolutely bad ! Not to mention I work for T-Mobile so I can't even use my employeee discount - these guys costing me additional 75% a month on top of that -67Visto0likes0ComentariosScam?
As of the past four days, I have been receiving numerous phone calls from 1-844-796-0648. I looked up the number and it seems to say on multiple websites that this is a scam claiming to be T-Mobile, so I have been ignoring the calls since. As of yesterday, I received a letter in the mail saying that I have an outstanding balance. I checked my account and there is no outstanding balance. The letter looked suspicious to me considering it does not look like any other letter I have received in the past from T-Mobile (the paper is different, there is no color to the paper, etc.). I looked up the phone number provided inthis letter as well which states it is the financial service department (1-888-310-8471). I found that this also seems to be a scam number as well. I guess my questions are: is anyone else dealing with this? is this actually a scam? if this is a scam, how did they receive my information (phone number and address)?Solved19KViews4likes11ComentariosT-Mobil is scamming leaving customers for “final bill”
I stayed with Tmobil for 25 months precisely. Made 25 payments. Ended my service with them on the last day of my billing cycle. Three days later my number was still not ported out so I called them again to ask why the number is not ported out. Thecustomer service representative told me that the member is ported out and we are even in terms of bill and if there is any bill for these three days then it would be paid from the 19 dollars phone credit that I am suppose to be getting from them in October. Instead I was sent a bill for whole month. They give me a lot of contradictory statements. Line the bill is for the previous month, then said that it was for a returned payments and much more. I have no previous bills and no return payments. I'm planning to contact BBB and Attorney General office. Also had contacted a law firm to file a claim and also see if they would be interested in bringing a class action.462Visto0likes4ComentariosNew billing policy
How is it that the FCC would allow T-mobile to start up-charging their customers if they're using a credit card which provides certain protections against fraud? T-mobile allowed my information to be compromised a year ago and I'm still dealing with the issues every day in the form of scam calls, texts and emails. But now T-mobile wants access to my bank account???!!! Definitely considering changing carriers. That is the most absurd business decision they have made. I believe everyone that had their information stolen because of T-mobile's lack of security should pursue legal action against the company! Defnitely a class action lawsuit viable for their lack of privacy protection and lack of response to the issues experienced by those who were the true victims in this matter.109Visto0likes3ComentariosAnyone else feeling scammed?
We have been customers for over 20 years and in the last 10 weekewe have been threatened, we have been lied to, we have gotten assurances that we have never received, and to top it all off, we got taken for over 700 dollars for a device that was in Tmobiles care for months. So I ask again, anyone else feeling scammed by T-Mobile?95Visto1like0Comentarios
