Traded in my Daughter's iPhone 12 mini in near perfect condition (I know because I'm the one that transferred her data over to her new phone, wiped down her old phone, left it in its case, and then packed and shipped it myself) only for them to claim they received the phone damaged. In the pictures they provided her case isn't on the phone anymore and the phone has fingerprints and grime all over the screen. Like I said before, I cleaned the entire phone before packing. It was clean all around, not a fingerprint on it. So now, instead of the $999 credit, they're offering me $43. What a complete scam!! Something is not adding up.19Visto0likes0Comentariosdid anyone else get scammed by tmobile
joined t-mobile about a month ago. was told we would get the 55+ plan that costs $110 a month and our two iphone 15 pros would cost less than $8 each per month and we would get autopay making our bill about $115-116 a month. They charged us $154. Called the bill pay customer service folks and they said the deal I qualified for didn't exist under that specific plan even though I was told otherwise. Shame on you tmobile. They said I could qualify for the discount on the phones if I just add $20 to my bill. I don't know how these people sleep at night. When you demonstrate shady business practices you will eventually get caught.Solved1.5KViews2likes6ComentariosWrong information on invoice
I just realized that when my phones were purchased several years ago, the invoice shows all incorrect information , wrong model, IMEI, even phone number. They corrected the phone number at the store but I never noticed the other issues. Was this a scam by tmobile employees? I just went to send in my warranty information and noticed this issue/16Visto0likes0Comentarios800 promotional scam
January 5th last year T-Mobile was running an $800 off a qualifying phone for a Google pixel 7 or pixel 7 pro.so I took my OnePlus 8T in which was qualifying and they gave me $800 or so they said they did ,when I got my receipt it said they only gave me $37 ,I asked them about it and they said that's just how it comes up on our end, on your bill in another week or so it will show up through the computer normal you'll get your discount. 11 months later I just got off the phone with the lady and she said that the promotion was for a Google pixel 6A not 7 or 7 pro which is a flat out lie. T-Mobile is a scam and I am done with this company after 12 years135Visto1like2Comentarios
